"Did you sleep well?" Ron murmured and kissed on the spot just below my ear.
"Hmm." My eyes flickered open to meet his soft blue gaze. Lord, his eyes are an amazing colour, especially here, out on the sea, reflecting the light bouncing off the water through the small portholes into the cabin. Ron was up, looking like some hot and delicious deli meal. His breaths prickled on my skin as he was leaning over me.
"As much as I'd like to lie here with you all afternoon, we need food for dinner." Leaning over Ron kissed me again tenderly. "You smelled like sea and sun." He dipped his nose in my hair and smiled.
"I like yours better." I snuggled on his neck. He smiled as he rose and got up from the bed. I kept lying on my stomach, admiring his magnificent gesture.
I watched him move around the cabin as he dressed. A warm tickling feeling rove on my skin happily along with the sunlight.
I couldn't quite believe that he was mine. He sat down beside me to put on his shoes.
"What do you want for dinner?" He asked as he was tying the shoelaces up.
"I am happy with everything as long as it is served by you." I reached out and sneaked them inside of his pants. Before he could react I gave a hard squeeze to his ass. He quickly held my hand.
"What was that?" He looked amused and surprised. "Sexual harassment is prohibited by law."
"That is called being affectionate." I cocked my head to one side. He bit his bottom lip for a few seconds then slid his hand under the duvet.
"Oh, I didn't know that." He tackled my waist and I immediately started to jump off from him. But he held me down tightly. "Then let me be affectionate too."
I made a happy shriek as I tried to defend myself from him.
When I surfaced on the deck the sun was already setting. The vast blue sky was turned into a bloody pink canvas. The weather was warm in the morning, but as soon as the sun was about to set the chilly wind started to prickle on the skin. I went back and got a shrug for myself. I resurfaced on the deck and looked for Ron. I found him on the upper deck, inside the small cockpit, behind those big marine steering wheels.
The setting sunlight was prepending some extra entrance to his already tantalizing features. His chestnut hair looked like some ablazing fire strings. His pale skin coloured into an amber tone and when I looked into his eyes, they looked exactly like some aquamarine gemstone.
He turned his head when noticed my existence. "You up?" He fixed the steering wheel with a rope and turned the autopilot button on. "I grilled the remaining seafood along with some veggies. We need to clear out the fridge."
Right we were going back. The sweet and tranquil vacation had come to its end. I sighed and leaned my head on my shoulder while trying to think about the blue Monday the very next day.
"I don't want to." I pouted a little. Ron laughed and walked towards me.
"Then what about your job?"
"Dunno." I sat on one of those deck chairs. "It's been so long that we can spend out time like that. You were so busy for the last few weeks."
Ron's smile died a little. "I was just trying my best to make the problem go away from our life."
"So you are saying now we can spend more time with each other."
