The pitter-patter of tiny footsteps around the small apartment was enough to wake San up from his deep sleep.

He turned his body around so he was laying on his other side, prepared to hug Wooyoung from behind.

However, Wooyoung wasn't laying in bed. In fact, his side of the bed was completely empty. His phone wasn't even on the mattress.

So, San got up and out of bed, opening the door to his bedroom, expecting to see his fiancé in the kitchen. Unfortunately, he wasn't there either.

"Daddy!" San heard Hwayoung shout, his head snapping towards her room.

He walked into her room and saw clothes, toys, and her blankets all over the place. The room looked as though it had been totally destroyed.

"Hwayoung, why is your room so messy? I always raised you to—" San was about to say before he got cut off by his young daughter.

"I can't find my school dress! It was right here and now it's gone. Today is my kindergarten graduation and I can't find it daddy!" Hwayoung cried and San shushed her, picking her up and wrapping his arms around her comfortingly.

"Shh, baby. Don't cry. It'll be okay. I'll help you find it. If we can't find it I'm sure the school has an extra dress for you to wear, okay?" He shushed her and she nodded, San raising his hand and wiping her tears away with his thumb.

"There we go. Dry those tears, sweet pea. We can clean this mess later. Let's go watch your favorite cartoon while I figure out where daddy Wooyoung went." San offered, earning a small nod in reply from Hwayoung.

They went out to the living room and San turned on her favorite cartoon while he grabbed his phone to check for any messages from Wooyoung.

San frowned when he noticed he hadn't received a message from his fiancé. He was already worried, but this made his anxiety levels increase.

As soon as he was about to call Wooyoung, he heard the apartment door open. San watched as his fiancé walked in through the apartment, a tiny school dress in his hands.

"Daddy Wooyoung!" Hwayoung said happily as she ran over to him, giving him a big hug.

San let out a sigh of relief, his heart starting to slow down back to the regular beating pattern.

"I got you a new school dress, Hwayoung. You should go try it on and make sure it fits okay, alright? Just tell me when you are dressed and I can make sure it looks good." Wooyoung told Hwayoung, ruffling her hair gently.

She smiled happily, "Thanks daddy!" And she was off after she gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Wooyoung smiled at her cuteness and took a seat next to San on the couch, kissing him immediately.

"Sorry for not messaging you, baby. I thought you would still be asleep. I had to take care of something and I realized Hwayoung lost her dress, so I decided to stop by the kindergarten and get her a new dress for her ceremony." Wooyoung explained and San smiled.
