A/N: *aggressive chanting* Mistletrope Mistletrope Mistletrope

Yo this part was supposed to be out on Christmas but me and my procrastination was like 'lol what if we took forever' and here we are, in the middle of February, still writing a fanfic that was originally meant to stay in 2020.

You win some, you lose some, I guess.

Jon asked about the Christmas party at breakfast as Ma forcefully insisted to Kara that she didn't need help serving out the pancakes.

"Oh, yeah, that thing," Kon said. "Tim invited me. I can take you there if you're allowed."

Both boys looked at Clark with an identical set of puppy eyes, even blinking in unison. Kara snorted a laugh.

"I mean, I don't really have a reason to say no," Clark said, but he sounded like he didn't want to say yes.

"So is that a yes?" Jon asked.

"I don't know."

"Come on, it'll be fine," Kon said. "I'll be there, and so will the rest of the Batfam,"

"That's kind of what I'm worried about."

"What, the Batfam?" Kon asked.

"No, the fact that you'll be there,"

"Ha. Ha. I'm absolutely crukng. But seriously, I can keep an eye on him and Damian."

Clark sighed heavily. "I don't know. It's been a really stressful week, are you sure a Wayne party is a good idea?"

"I just want to see Damian," Jon said. "And not because something bad happened. We just wanna hang out."

"I guess. But if it gets to be too much, don't hesitate to come right back home."

"Thanks, Dad!" Jon jumped from his chair, sprinting toward the stairs.

"Where're you going?"

"Texting Damian! I'll be right back!"

Jon retreated back to the attic to find his phone, and told Damian that he was allowed to come. Damian didn't respond right away, and he guessed it was probably because of a late night patrolling.

When breakfast was consumed and cleared away, Kon helped Jon with some extra chores around the farm. When they were sure no one needed anything more from them, they flew all the way to Jump City to pick up one of Kon's suits from Titan's Tower.

They ran into Raven and Blue Beatle discussing something in hushed tones on the way to Kon's room. Jaime gave them both a friendly wave, and Raven went ahead and ignored them as they passed. Jon had never seen Kon's room, and was only slightly overwhelmed. It looked exactly like he thought any room belonging to his older brother would; crumpled posters and print outs slapped haphazardly over the dark blue walls, blankets halfway off the bed, and two piles of laundry — one clean one conveniently placed directly on front of the dresser, and the other towering on top of the empty hamper.

The door slid closed behind them, and Kon immediately zeroed in on the closet door that stood slightly ajar, sporting one of his leather jackets on its handle.

Jon plopped down on the corner of the bed, and let himself bounce a few times before pulling his legs up.

Kon threw clothes out of the closet, chucking them over his shoulder, hangers and all, muttering, "Why can't I ever find that gosh darned suit whenever I need it,"

"Maybe it's in the hamper," Jon suggested.

Kon pulled back to agree, but noticed the empty hamper and the mountain of laundry sitting on top. He smiled sarcastically. "Yeah, maybe,"
