A/N: Massive sorry for how late this is! I am crazy busy with college at the moment so it's taking me a bit longer to update. Hope you enjoy!

"Are you seriously doing this?" Josie asks.

I nod my head, "I have to."

"He's probably going to kick you out," Macy says.

Ah. Thanks for that. Although, that is a very strong possibility.

Josie shakes her head, "I still can't believe that you and Chad are a thing now."

I roll my eyes at her comment, "I told you that it isn't official. We're taking things slow. No one can know."

"I know. I know. I'm just saying."

The three of us take one deep breath and then head to the back of Luke's yard. He's having it at his grandparents' house which is about thirty minutes outside of the city. Before leaving Chad assured me that he will have his phone on him in case Luke kicks me out. I was surprised that Chad didn't make more of a fuss. He's been nice about the whole thing since the second I told him about it.

"Chad is on speed dial?" Macy asks as we stare at the crowded yard.

I nod my head, "Yep."

"Well, let's go get you kicked out of a graduation party," Josie says.

"Josie!" I yell.

She rolls her eyes at me and then grabs my hand, pulling me along with her. This is going to be a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I dart my eyes around the room and try to spot Luke. The second my eyes land on him my stomach fills with butterflies, and not the good kind. I'm so nervous that I feel like throwing up.

"Rowan. You have to move," Josie whispers to me.

Macy pinches my arm, "Ro! Walk!"

I shake my head and then begin to walk towards Luke. His back is turned to me which gives me the advantage. I'm hoping that since he won't see me approaching him he won't tell me to leave right away.

Once I reach him I almost reconsider talking to him. He's going to kick me out. He's going to humiliate me in front of people. This is his party though, maybe I shouldn't have come. I wish Eric was with me. He's not coming here for another hour so I'm on my own.

I gently tap on Luke's shoulder and wait for him to turn around. The smile on his face instantly fades as he realizes it's me. My stomach drops and I have to force back the tears in my eyes. I'm not use to him being so cold to me. This isn't like him and it makes me want to slap me or him.

"What are you doing here?" His tone is completely bitter.

"I wanted to give you your gift and I...I...I want to apologize. I was high and I was-"

"Seriously?" He cuts me off. "You want to do this at my graduation party?"

"Well you haven't been answering my calls! This was the second best idea that came to my mind," I explain.

He shakes his head and I can tell his anger is increasing each second. Please do not blow up. Please do not blow up. He grabs my arm and before I know it the two of us are practically running into the house. We pass by people who all give us strange looks. I don't know what to say so I remain silent and let him lead me upstairs and into one of the rooms. Finally! We can talk about this in private.

But apparently he has something else in mind.

The second the door is closed he smashes his lips against mine. What the fuck? Luke! I try shoving him off but he pins my hands above my head. His lips don't feel right. They don't make me feel tingles everywhere. They don't make me want to rip his shirt off. They aren't Chad's. I just want him as a friend. Why doesn't he get this?! Eventually, I have to practically force my face away from his and I shove him off me.
