Mental Health Awareness Day Shoto hated this day, he thought it was stupid. If they want people to feel okay that badly, they should just check up on people more than just one day. As Shoto was struggling with multiple issues, he also didn't want anyone finding out. This is what would happen if they would:
Someone finds out - People telling things around - it comes in the news (since he's the number 1 hero's son) - his father gets mad - another hospital trip - and at last people would pay even more attention to him than normal
And obviously he didn't want that.
As he walked in the class, MHAW stood written on the board. He sighed, sat down in his seat and put us head down. He already felt uncomfortable in this room, like someone could find out his secrets anytime.
Later that day, Shinsou Hitoshi walked into the class. Shoto already knew what was going to happen, and he wasn't happy with it. He came as 22th in the class list. As Mezo Shoji walked back into the classroom, Shoto stood up. He knew that there wasn't any way he could get out of this, so he just accepted his fate.
Long story short: Aizawa and Shinsou found out about the terrible abuse Shoto was going trough, and helped him with it. Aizawa adopted Shoto and paid for therapy. Shoto lived a happy life, and never regret that he told his teacher the truth.
