Raven POV

"Raven, you have enough to blow up the whole mountain side." Sinclair is checking over all my supplies as I'm preparing to leave. "Is it safe to travel?"

"Yes, I'm keeping the catalyst separated. It will not explode until we get it there and set up."

"And using the Hydrazine? Is that wise? There are other ways to make explosives. Safer ways." Sinclair's worrying is starting to bother me. I know I am like a daughter to him and he is like a father to me but at the same time I don't need people worrying for me.

"I know. However, we have plenty of Hydrazine. Plus it is the fastest bomb I can make and easy-to-use. One of the grounders can set it off if need be." I've thought this all through. If something is to happen to me I need to make sure anybody can destroy the dam. Clarke is depending on us.

"Okay. Just be safe." Sinclair approached me and gives me a quick and gentle hug. I hug him back a little tighter.

"You know me. I'll be back here in no time. You need me to keep this place running." I joke to lighten the mood. He pulls away from the hug and laughs.

"We need to leave." A grounder warrior interrupts us. I glare at him. It seems like the grounders despise me. I haven't even done anything to hurt them yet. It's not like I will purposely blow up their village or something. I sigh to myself. They will understand the benefits of technology in time.

We made it to the dam quickly and smoothly. The grounders are currently sneaking to the facility to make note of how many men are here and if possible silently dispose of them. I feel like I'm in a spy movie watching them. They are completely silent and at times I even lose sight of them. The quiet, however, is almost eerie. The hum of the facility helps block the noises from the grounders and the men positioned here.

A grounder, calmly, walked back to me and another mechanic like nobody is around. All the guards here must be taken care of. "Its clear." He tells us as he approaches. He helps us move all the parts to the bomb inside the facility. It's fairly big inside but well placed bombs will take care of this in no time.

The other mechanic, a well built man with blonde messy hair named Wick, started working. I'm glad he got straight to work. We bicker all the time and honestly he gets on my nerves. I will admit I do find him attractive but he is a nobody compared to Luna. Luna is like a goddess in my eyes. Is this how Clarke feels about Lexa?

I shake off my thoughts of Luna and get to work. Two bombs are set up and we are working on the last one. The bickering has started between us two mechanic. The bomb is almost ready when gunfire sounds off inside the facility. Fuck! The grounders start attacking back but they stand no match against guns.

I look at the bomb in front of me and back up. We need to set this off now. I try to ignore the fighting around me as I finish setting up the bomb. I prepare to start the catalyst process when I hear a male's voice. "Stop! Move away from the explosives!"

I stop and lift my hands up in surrender. I keep looking between the soldiers with guns, Wick, and the bomb. Shit shit shit. I don't want to die. "I said move!"

"Okay. Okay. We surrender. You win." I look at Wick and gave him a small smirk. He notices and slightly nods. I hope he understands. I begin to stand up but then quickly hit the sweet spot on top of the bomb. Wick lunges over the bomb, grabs me and pulls us away from the bomb. The soldiers start shooting at us.

We only have a few seconds to get away from the blast range. I run with Wick towards a nearby doorway. He is between me and the soldiers. The explosion forces us forward against the floor. I feel a sharp pain in my lower back and what I assume Wicks body on top of me. The other two bombs explode almost immediately afterwards.

As I lose consciousness, I know this is it. Will I see Finn? Is there an afterlife or is this it? Just nothing. Darkness.
