12 • plan

"Well they're close, aren't they?" Kun chuckled as he plated the food he had cooked. He had heard from Chenle who went to get the two boys about what they were doing. Of course, it was nothing but innocence, but it did shock Chenle a little.

"They're almost too close. They're going to start dating soon!" He smirked as he helped Kun with the plating.

"Would you have a problem with it?" Kun questioned Chenle. The room went quiet.

"Um... well..."

"Chenle, if they were to date you should never dislike them for it. They're both allowed to love who they love." Kun said as he ruffled the smaller boy's hair. To Chenle, Kun was someone who taught him well. Kun never had a younger sibling, and Chenle's siblings were much older than him. So, the pair had this brother-like bond. Kun would always help Chenle, and Chenle would always help Kun. The pair had the friendship they wished they had years ago.

It was around 12pm, nearly time for lunch. Jisung and Chenle had spent time practicing and laughing at one another, and Jeno and Renjun were talking with one another. Jaemin was sat on a chair, scrolling through his phone. However, Jaehyun had come into the practise room. None of the 127 members came in here, so all the young boys were curious.

"We need you. Taeyong is holding a meeting about Mark and Donghyuck." He said. His tone of voice was serious.

"Well this will be interesting." Renjun said as he went to grab his water bottle. Jeno turned to Jaemin to see his face change. It showed concern.

"Jaemin, you don't have to go if you don't want to." Jeno said as he walked over. Jaemin shook his head.

"I should go. If I don't I think it'll be weird." He quietly said. Jeno held his hands as he helped Jaemin up. The two, reluctantly, let go of each others hands and began walking to the 127 practise room.

Inside was all the older 127 members. All of them were in a group conversion which died own once the 5 dream members arrived.

"Taeyong has a dumb idea again~" Doyoung warned. He was only half-joking.

"Well do you have any idea how to sort them out?" Taeyong pointed to Doyoung. He knew he was only trying to lighten the mood of all of the boys.

"Um... well..." Doyoung trailed off.

"Exactly!" Taeyong said excitedly as he playfully hit Doyoung's shoulder, giggling slightly. All the other members stared at the two bickering, wondering how someone like Taeyong can be so cute when he's not working but so intimidating when he is.

"Ah okay yeah, the plan." He stopped playing around with Doyoung and got to business. "Well, as you probably know, Mark and Hyuck have had this little fued since who knows when, and honestly it's getting a little petty now. So, since no one knew how to, I've come up with a plan to get them to be friends." All eyes were on Taeyong. "Get them to make a video for them to watch."

"What-" Yuta said as Doyoung facepalmed.

"I- it sounds weird but hear me out! They record themselves talking about the other person, and then we get the other to watch that first video." Taeyong said. He was slightly flustered. All the members looked around at one another, trying to get everyone else's opinions.

"It might just work." Johnny said.

"It's worth a try. We don't have any better plan." Another voice said. Jaemin looked and saw Jeno was the one who talked.

"Well then, the only problem is how to get them to record the video." Doyoung spoke.

"Have the Dream members get Donghyuck to record his, and 127 get Mark to record his." Taeyong said. All the members nodded and headed off.

"Does anyone have a plan?" Renjun said as the four the boys sat in the dorm, Chenle was there, making it five boys sat in the dorm.

"How about we just tell him?" Chenle asked.

"No he won't do it if we tell him to. We have to force him to." Jisung said back.

"Yeah, then let's just force him to do it." Chenle said again. The two kept bickering.

"At this rate, you two will have to do this as well." Renjun said tiredly. He looked to Jaemin and Jeno. "Any of you?"

"Maybe..." Jeno said. "Get him to pick a name out of a hat, but make all the names Mark. That way he has to make a video about Mark." All the boys looked at him in awe.

"You're so smart" Jisung said. "Chenle! Come help me cut up names!" The two boys ran off.

"It seems we have a plan." Jaemin said as he put his hand in Jeno's shoulder. The two stared into each other's eyes for what could be called 'too long'.
