Lena was more than shocked at the news of Taehyung's...issue.
His issue was the least of her worries now as she could no longer physically get out of bed. She had a fever and body aches that persisted at all hours. Lena was desperate now, feeling so much guilt for the things that had happened in past week.
Taehyung was just the same but he was practically stuck to his bed with sweat.
Approximately five minutes ago, Namjoon made an executive decision and went to set up an unused room for the two. Their rooms were messes and neither of them had bathed sufficiently so this seemed to be the best option.
Namjoon had then sent the boys to go grab the sick couple and drag them to each other...more so literal for Taehyung.
"Hyung! Just carry me, it'd be easier," Taehyung whined as Hoseok had his arms hooked under Taehyung's and dragged him down the hall.
"You're too smelly to be that close and you haven't shown up to practice lately so you're getting dragged," Hoseok gritted, his usual demeanor out the window.
It was late February now and Hoseok was coping less and less each day without his soulmate and every little thing that used to be okay for him was just something that bothered him. Having to drag Taehyung to another room bothered him to do but almost made him a little glad to get back at the boy for neglecting practice.
"Does she even wanna see me, hyung?" Taehyung asked. "She won't even pick up my calls."
"Doesn't matter because this situation is ridiculous," Hoseok said. "You're both seriously sick."
"S-she's sick?"
"Of course she is," the elder huffed as he pulled Taehyung around the corner. "You two shouldn't be apart so early in your bonding, you should know that."
"I know that I just...I think she hates me now."
"She doesn't hate you, she's scared."
"Of me?"
"Sort of, Tae," Hoseok said as he rounded another corner. "She's scared of not being good enough for you."
"Wh-why?"
"The pull," Hoseok grumbled as he finally reached the room. "I think she has some bad anxiety about it. Now go talk to her, idiot."
Hoseok open the door, sat him inside, and left, leaving Taehyung on the floor of the room.
"Hi," Lena whispered from the bed where Jungkook had left her.
Taehyung looked up at her, unable to move otherwise.
"Hi, bug," Taehyung replied.
Lena saw as he struggled to move and she tried her best to get to him instead. She slid off the bed and crawled to him, grabbing his hands and moving them around her so he could hold her.
"I'm sorry," Lena whispered as she clung to him. "I shouldn't have acted this way, it was so selfish -"
"Why were you so scared of me?" Taehyung asked.
"I- Taehyung I'm not scared of you," she sighed. "I'm scared of disappointing you. I realize now I did that more by avoiding you when you needed me."
"I'm sorry you feel that way, Lena," he said. "I just...please don't leave me again."
"I won't, I promise."
The two sat in silence as their bodies healed by touch, the aches and pains slowly drifting away. Taehyung was still feeling his pull, but while his body healed he knew he'd be okay.
"You didn't happen to hear about what happened, did you?" Taehyung asked.
"I did," Lena giggled. "I'm sorry you had to resort to that."
"Well besides the pain," he chuckled. "I actually found some things we might like."
"Can we talk about this when we're no longer in the floor?"
Taehyung nodded and kissed her temple, a fuzzy and happy feeling sparking in the couple as he did so.
"I'm still really sorry," Lena said.
"I know, bug," he said. "I'm sorry I didn't just come see you. I guess I was scared of hurting you if I did."
"D-does it still bother you?"
"The pull?"
Lena nodded.
"Of course it does but it can wait," Taehyung said. "We need to heal first."
She nodded again as she heard the door click open.
"Hey," Jungkook smiled at the couple in the floor. "I'm here as your chaperone."
"Hi, Kook," Taehyung said. "Mind helping us get on the bed?"

"So what does it feel like?"The next morning brought curiosity in Lena as she finally felt less guilty about the past week thanks to the healing that she received from Taehyung.
"You'll find out soon enough, Lena," Taehyung said as he flipped the channel on the T.V. again. "I'm not telling you how horny I am with Jungkook in the room."
From the foot of the bed, practically curled up like a dog, Jungkook looked up and waved at them.
"I'm just curious!" Lena giggled and pulled herself closer to Taehyung. "I still feel bad that you're having to suffer until I go into mine."
"Don't worry about it, bug," Taehyung said. "A-also don't worry about that."
The stuttering caused Jungkook to look up at the two, his doe eyes confused.
Lena had just put her leg over Taehyung, brushing him accidentally.
"What?" Jungkook asked.
"Nothing, Koo-"
"He's hard," Lena said. "I'm sorry if I did something to cause it."
Taehyung shook his head.
"It's just from lack of stimulation, I'll be fine."
Lena shuddered, feeling bad again.
"Can you two stop talking about hyung's hard on?" Jungkook asked. "I'm trying to watch Pokémon."
"Kook, you're watching My Little Pony, I can see your phone," Taehyung laughed.
"Huh, I thought Bulbasaur looked weird."
