"Jimin, be quiet," Jungkook nudged his elder.

"He probably just thinks we're taking normal videos!" Jimin defended.

"Stop saying stuff like that!" Jungkook complained. "You're gonna ruin everything."

"Ara be like when you cu-"

"We're live, jackass," Jungkook gritted. "Lena gave a thumbs up."

"Sorry," he muttered.

It was Taehyung's birthday, and certainly a birthday filled with surprise after surprise.

Lena set up tables, chairs, and lights in their favorite spot: the forest. The band, their soulmates, the twins, Taehyung's mother, and Lena's father all gathered in the forest. Everyone admired the space before setting up food and gifts, waiting for Lena to bring Taehyung to the space.

Blindfolded and giggling, Taehyung was pulled to the party, his smile blooming before he hugged his soulmate. Dashing to greet everyone, the smile never left his face.

Sitting down to dinner, the temperature began dropping, the sun setting, and the little lights cutting on around them. From small talk to embarrassing stories about Taehyung, everyone pitched in to create a beautiful chatter around the birthday boy.

Gifts were next, making Taehyung do nothing but smile, laugh, and be shy occasionally. New clothes, house decor, candy, and even lube were given to him, but there was still something that Lena hadn't given him yet.

That gift brings us back to Jimin and Jungkook arguing over a V-Live.

Against normal protocol, the two would be live streaming a very personal event. While it had been done before, this specific event was definitely new.

"Taehyung?" Lena asked.

"Yeah, bug?" He replied.

"Your last gift is over on the swing," she said.

Taehyung looked at her curiously before standing up, following her over to the swing. Everyone shuffled after them, keeping a fair distance while Lena got Taehyung to sit down on the swing.

"Taehyung," Lena said. "Happy birthday."

"Thank you, bug," he smiled.

"I've been thinking about this gift for a while now," she said as she stood in front of him, holding his hands. "I talked about it with your friends and your mom...a lot of thought went into it."

He nodded tentatively, his eyes locked on her.

"You're so amazing, and I'm so glad I get to spend another birthday with you," Lena said. "You're my bias, my friend, and my soulmate."

She got down on one knee, keeping one of her hands in his.

"Growing with you, being with you, supporting you, and having you support me is more than I could ask for," she said. "It's only been a few years, but I know where we're going, and I know we're going together."

Lena grabbed a box from her pocket, letting go of Taehyung's hand.

"This is a gift, one I hope you'll take from me," she said as she opened the box. "Kim Taehyung, will you marry me?"

Taehyung's hand went to his mouth, tears in his eyes.

"Bug," he breathed. "Oh my fates, bug, yes."

Lena grabbed the small silver band from the box and put it on his finger, immediately getting up and kissing him.

"Best birthday ever," Taehyung smiled as he pulled away. "Kim Lena...best gift ever."

Everyone began cheering, running up to the couple and hugging them.

Taehyung's mother shoved her way to the center, slipping something into Taehyung's hand.

"I would have given it to you earlier but it just got back from the jeweler this morning," she said. "When Lena told me she was doing this, it was a few days before you asked me for my ring. You two are perfect for each other."

"Thank you, eomma," Taehyung smiled before he turned to Lena. "I guess now's the best time for this since you want to marry me. This is my eomma's ring. The one my father found in the little shop in the mountains."

Lena's eyes softened. While she just proposed to him, she didn't expect something like this.

"Will you do me the honor of wearing this ring in confirmation of that beautiful proposal you just did for me?" He asked.  "Marry me just the same?"

"Of course I will," she smiled.

Taehyung beamed at her and slipped the ring on her finger, jumping up right after and kissing her deeply.

Jimin and Jungkook turned the camera to themselves, trying not to show too much to the camera.

"You heard it here first, ARMY," Jimin smiled. "The future Mr. and Mrs. Kim Taehyung!"

"What made you want to propose?" Taehyung asked as they laid in bed. "It's not very traditional."

"I just," Lena said as she drew circles on his back. "I knew what I wanted. I took it. Plus, I wanted to see the face you made when I did it."

"Was it up to par?" He giggled.

"Even more than par," she said. "My fiancé makes such beautiful faces."

"Fiancée," he hummed. "I like that. But I'll like calling you my wife even more."

"You'll get to do it for the rest of our lives," Lena said. "You can wait just a little while."

"I guess I can," he said.

Lena smiled and kissed his forehead, causing him to smile as well.

"When do you want to get married?" Taehyung asked.

"Whenever it feels right," she said. "With your schedule and what's going on with the family...Namjoon and Ellie are gonna have a baby this summer...and then you have another album cycle."

"Maybe not next year...but the next?" He questioned.

"Yeah, yeah, we can just start planning little things now and do other stuff as we get closer."

"Sounds good," he said. "Wanna spend our first night together as an engaged couple?"

"Absolutely, Tae," she smiled. "Goodnight, my fiancé."

"Goodnight, my fiancée."
