Pool Time

"Thank you for taking me to see her," Taehyung smiled as they walked through the woods. "I've missed my eomma."

"She was ecstatic when I called her this morning," Lena smiled. "It made me happy to see you two together."

Taehyung kept smiling as he pulled her along the trail.

Lena planned for a long night in, and Taehyung was buzzing so much that she was worried he wouldn't calm down. Lena loved him for his energy but she planned to try and tire him out in the pool...and not like that.

"Have you heard anything about Xia?" Lena asked.

Taehyung shrugged before he explained.

"I talked to Hobi," Taehyung sighed. "They're at the hospital but he hasn't said what's really going on."

"Oh dear fates," she said. "Should we go check on them?"

"No, no," Taehyung said. "It'll risk too much attention on them."

"Okay," she sighed. "I'll send Xia a message later."

"Sweet bug," Taehyung kissed her forehead as they continued their walk to the house

"Dinner was amazing," Taehyung smiled as he washed the dishes. "Thank you, bug."

Lena grabbed a dish from him and started drying it before she put it away.

"I'm glad, I'm not in the kitchen much anymore since Jin prefers to cook," she said.

"I'll talk to Jin and I can be your Sous Chef one day," he said as he shut off the water.

Lena smiled before she pulled him into a hug, breathing in his scent. There was something about his touch, his smell that she could never get enough of.

"I would like that," she smiled before she pulled back and looked up at him. "Wanna change and head out to the pool?"

"30 minute rule, bug," Taehyung poked her stomach. "I don't want you getting a stomach ache."

"We can go stick our feet in for 30 minutes and then get in," she suggested. "The stars are supposed to be pretty tonight so why don't we?"

Taehyung nodded before he went to their bag and grabbed their swim suits.

"Lena bug, here," he handed her the swim suit and she immediately went back over to the bag, to which he questioned. "What is it?"

"You only grabbed the top half," Lean grabbed the bottom half and stood up, following him to the bedroom.

Taehyung made a lewd face before turning red, feeling a little embarrassed at his expression.

The couple turned their backs to one another as they changed, the two doing so in silence before they turned around.

"Tae, can you tie my top please?" Lena asked, the strings on her tankini's top in one hand.

He nodded and walked behind her, taking the strings from her and taking them behind her neck.

"Thank you, Tae Tae," she pecked his cheek and pulled him outside, flicking the pool lights on and staring at the water. "Oh, towels!"
