One quick thing: This chapter is a quick blurb about Taehyung, Hoseok, Ara, and Jungkook. This scene is mentioned in "With This Ring" but is never actually fully written about. I hope you like it!

"Hey, Hobi!" Ara smiled as she stepped out of the dorm.

"Ara-Joon," Hoseok smiled as he hugged her. "Thanks for coming along. Everyone else is so busy with Christmas stuff."

"Taehyung's coming too, right?" Ara asked.

"Yeah, he was leaving his dorm when I just checked," Hoseok said. "We're gonna go to some private trail that I usually take Xia to by the river."

"Cool," Ara smiled as she linked arms with Hoseok. "Where is Xia today?"

"She's out with a friend doing some last minute shopping," he said. "She has this little Christmas tradition of making paper snowflakes and putting them everywhere in the dorm and the apartment so she's probably getting some new paper too since she hasn't started them yet."

"Imagine when you two buy a house," Ara giggled. "That'll be a lot of work."

"She's been trying to teach me but I keep cutting them wrong," Hoseok said. "She loves what I make anyways though."

"Who wouldn't?" she asked. "You make beautiful things."

Hoseok beamed at her before Ara let go of him, running to the approaching man and giving him a hug.

"Taehyung," she smiled. "How are you?"

"I'm good," Taehyung smiled as he nodded his head at Hoseok. "Lena's out with Opal and I can feel her getting excited over whatever they've found."

"Shopping?" Ara asked.

"Yeah," Taehyung said. "She loves buying gifts."

"Opal probably brought her to a dirty shop," Hoseok snorted.

"Probably," Taehyung sighed. "At least she's happy."

"You're practically glowing," Ara noted. "So it's a good thing."

"I feel good," Taehyung said. "Let's go get rid of all this energy."

Taehyung bolted down the hall, Ara and Hoseok laughing before following him.

"It's so peaceful out here," Ara said. "I should bring Jungkook here."

"Lena loves the woods," Taehyung noted. "There's this place behind my mom's house that we love to go to. The river here is a nice touch compared to there but I love there more."

"Xia loves it here," Hoseok said. "We go in the river sometimes."

"That sounds nice," Ara hummed.

"It is," Hoseok smiled, seemingly lost in thought with fond memories.

"Hobi," Taehyung said. "What's with all the markings on the ground?"

Hoseok looked down, seeing the spray painted markings that were periodically placed.

"A lot of people train down here for races," Hoseok hummed. "These are to help mark distance."
