I Can't Believe It

The worst part about things coming to an end is that you are sometimes aware of it happening in the moment.

The last day of school is a big one that many of us go through. You know it's happening, but are you really supposed to do anything different? It feels so much different, so it has to be that way, doesn't it?

This was an ending that none of them could believe.

"Jungkookie," Jin called.

"Jin hyung, what?" Jungkook asked as he handed Sara-Lee to Claudia.

"We are your focus now, your daughter is old enough to go somewhere else," Jin said.

"Well duh, why do you think I just gave her to Claud?"

"Get over here," Jin mumbled as he pulled an air mattress from his bag. "Sephi will kill me if I make her help me do this so you get to help me."

"What about the bed that I have to prepare for my wife and I?"

"You snooze, you lose."

"Hyungs and Kookie!" Taehyung smiled as he entered the room.

"Tae," Jungkook smiled and rushed over to him, giving him a hug. "You're late."

"I know, I'm sorry," Taehyung said. "You are all just setting up anyways."

"Maybe so but Jin's throwing a fit," Jungkook said.

"I am not!" Jin huffed. "Now come help me!"

"Why can't anyone else help?" Taehyung asked as he walked over to help Jin.

"Uncle Tae!" Hera smiled as she ran into the room, her twin following her from afar. "Uncle Kook!"

"Little H!" Jungkook smiled and hugged the girl, happily spinning her around. "Where's your soulmate at?"

"He won't be here until tomorrow," Hera said.

"Ah," Jungkook nodded before Hera went to hug Taehyung.

"How are you?" Taehyung asked.

"I'm good, Uncle Tae," Hera smiled. "How's Anni? Is she here?"

"She's doing okay," Taehyung smiled. "And I haven't seen her yet, your aunt went to go look for her while I made sure your dad didn't have a stroke."

"I miss Anni," Hera said as she awkwardly shuffled over to her father, Soo-Ji walking up to Taehyung to give him a hug.

"Soo-Ji! And Bea! Glad to see you both," Taehyung smiled as he quickly hugged them both. "How's the wedding planning going?"

"It's going," Soo-Ji sighed as she looked around the venue. "At this rate, we won't be married until the year 3000."

"She exaggerates too much," Bea chuckled. "Are you all ready for tomorrow?"

"If Namjoon gets his ass here then yes," Jin said while he was haphazardly throwing around the air mattress.

"So I'm not the last one here?" Taehyung asked.
