Warning: This chapter, once again, discusses the female reproductive system. It's more lighthearted but it does discuss endometriosis and the specifics of the menstrual cycle.
Also, some of the girls will be talking about bad publicity, which involves some pretty harmful accusations. I promise it'll get lighter soon~

Taehyung, Lena, and Jungkook were all sitting in a private room at the hospital, playing games while everyone else was either at home gathering supplies or at the store.

"Noona?" Jungkook asked as Taehyung shuffled the deck of cards.

"Yes, Kook?" Lena replied.

"What...what is wrong with Xia?" Jungkook asked. "I don't really know what ender...petrie oh sis is and I didn't wanna push Hobi hyung."

"Endometriosis, and it's a condition where the uterine lining ends up in places it shouldn't," Lena said. "It causes pretty intense pain."

"Lining?" Jungkook asked.

"Basically the stuff that comes out during a period," she said.

"I thought that was just blood," Jungkook said.

"It's a mix of stuff," she said. "Tissue, blood, all that good stuff."

"Ew," Jungkook said. "And aren't periods painful too? Jin gets connection pain from Sephi."

"Wait, connection pain?" Lena looked at Taehyung. "You never told me that you feel pain too."

"I don't really," Taehyung said as he dealt the cards. "Not as bad as Jin."

"But you feel it?"

"Yes, bug," Taehyung said. "It's nothing to worry about."

Lena huffed, upset that he had never told her.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know," she said.

"Bug, it's fine," Taehyung sighed as he pushed her cards toward her. "We're in all this together. If you have to suffer to give us children then I don't mind suffering too."

Lena smiled before she looked back to Jungkook.

"Yes, it's painful," she said. "It's more painful depending on the individual and depending on hormone levels...which can vary from month to month."

"Wow," Jungkook said as he listened. "That's so messed up."

"The pain can be very bad for some people, which is why endometriosis doesn't get diagnosed easily," Lena sighed. "My eomma had it and it took her six years to get a diagnosis."

"So she got cured?" Jungkook asked.

"She went through menopause twenty years later," Lena said. "There is no cure."

"So Xia might still suffer after this surgery?" Taehyung asked.

"Probably," she said. "But she'll be better."

"Noona?" Jungkook asked again. "Why don't periods happen during pregnancy?"

"Jungkook, were you never taught sex ed?" Taehyung asked.
