Quick A/N. Gosh I'm so sorry it's been so long. I hope those of you in school are adjusting well. I'm in my second week and extremely swamped. I'm hoping to start writing this more as a nice break from writing about educational processes (I'm an elementary ed major...if that wasn't clear by my bts fanfics with smut lmao). We're so close to the end! I'm so happy we're all here together. Thank you for sticking around.

"Taehyung," Lena rubbed her eyes and sat up. "Taehyung?"

Looking around the room, she squinted and eventually focused on the clock.

9:45. Her alarm didn't go off.

Today was July 19th, 2034, Annika's 10th birthday.

Running downstairs, she found Taehyung with an apron on, happily making frosting while a cake baked in the oven.

"Good morning, bug," Taehyung smiled. "Namjoon came and got Anni already. Don't worry, I made sure to feed her first."

"Did you shut my alarm off?" She asked.

"Yeah, I was going to wake you up at ten," he said. "Come taste the frosting please, bug."

Lena shuffled over to him and ate the frosting that he offered her on a spoon.

"It's good," she smiled. "But you didn't have to do this by yourself."

"I wanted to, especially when you were busy all day yesterday getting last minute things," Taehyung kissed her cheek before he put the icing in the fridge. "Sorry if you had other things to do, I just thought you needed the sleep."

"I did need it, so thank you," she smiled and hopped up on the counter. "Everyone is still coming, right? Even Claudia and Zeva?"

"Yeah, Hobi checked in last night after you went to bed."

"Good," Lena smiled. "I want them to feel included. I know their 10-year-old cousin's birthday party isn't exactly the most amazing thing in the world, but it's a family event at least."

Hoseok and Xia had adopted two girls, sisters, Claudia and Zeva last year. The two were 13 and 12 respectively.

"Speaking of which, is your appa coming?"

Lena shook her head.

"He said he'd call, but my aunt needs him there right now," she replied.

Taehyung nodded before stepping in between her legs and hugging her, burying his face in her neck.

As they both exhaled, they smiled, the familiar comforting feeling washing over them both.

"I can't believe our little girl is getting her ring today," he said as he stayed in Lena's arms. "I can't wait for her to meet her soulmate."

"It might be a while," Lena said as she played with his hair. "But I'm excited too."

"Our baby," he sighed before looked at her. "Ceremony is in four hours, we should probably head to the venue to get everything in place once I get the cake in the fridge."

"How much time until the cake is done?"

"Twenty minutes."
