43. Dumbedores army.

To mum and dad,
I thought it a good idea to write to you now and then. I know I can't post them to you, but when its safe and I can come see you, I can give them to you guys. I have a feeling that a lot is going to of happened by the next time we meet. Most of it is top secret acctually, and I can't write it down. Now I think of it this doesn't make for a very interesting letter at all... Oh but there is one thing I can tell you. I'm totally in love with George Weasley. He asked me to be his girlfriend not long ago. I've no doubt that the two of you will be very happy about the news, you always did say I'd end up marrying one of the twins. Ill leave it at the for today, I hope you two are happy and safe. I miss and love you endlessly.

"What 'ya doing?" Fred said as he slid down onto the sofa, next to y/n.

"Writing a letter to mum and dad."

"You know you can't post it right?" He said with caution.

"Oh no i know, I'm just going to write a few letters to them and they can read them when I next see them. I have a feeling that a lot is going to happen between now and then, and I don't want to forget to tell them anything." She smiled.

"Thats a really good idea." Fred nodded "can I write one to them?"

"Really?" Y/n asked

Fred nodded happily.

"Yeah of course." She handed him a peice of parchment and a quill.

Ron walked into the common room and saw the two friends writing. "What you doing? Homework?"

"We're writing letters to my mum and dad. Not to post though, just to give to them the next time I can see them." Y/n explained.

"Oh that's a good idea, can I write them one?" Ron asked.

"Yeah sure." Y/n giggled.

To Mrs and Mr Reverie, (or Clare and Luka, I'm not sure which you'd prefer in a letter?)
Im sure by the time you've read this you'll already know.. but y/n and George are dating now. Which is brilliant..bloody fantastic to be honest. It means if they get married (which they will) that y/n will be my actual sister. I mean she already sort of is. But it'll be really cool to have my best friend become my sister. I hope that you both know we're all taking good care of y/n. And i hope you guys are safe and well. Mum and Dad miss you lots, so do we. Oh and we tried those apple sour candies you got us and they were wicked! Me and George are trying to figure a way to incorporate them into our bussines.

"Here do you want to put them all into one envelope?" Y/n offered. The boys handed their letters to her. She neatly folded them and sealed the envelope with a sticker.

The day of the very first defence meeting arrived. Y/n walked up to the seventh floor with the twins. And as the door appeared upon command, all three smiled at eachother. Georges grin being particularly wide.
