While the girls were upstairs fearing for their lives, the rest of them were actually downstairs.

They had came back about twenty minutes ago and the servers were finishing their dinner.

Marie irks her eyebrow at her son in law eating all of the bread rolls. "Zay, someone else could've wanted a bread roll."

He chews the rest of the bread in his mouth before answering her guiltily. "My bad. Ever since I got faster, so has my metabolism. I'm always hungry!"

Marie rolls her eyes as she takes a seat. "I can't stand you, I swear."

"Love you too, Marie."

Amelia suddenly groans at the table and holds her head. Aurora frowns at her sister and places a hand on her shoulder. "You okay?"

Amelia shakes her head as her eyes squeezes shut. "A... like, big wave of energy just hit me."

Marie's eyes widen slight as she irks an eyebrow. "Maybe Yuele is close."

Amelia watches as her long, brunette hair transforms into its orange shade. She can also feel her hands lighting up. She brings them to view as she looks at them in shock. "I don't think so."

Before they can think anything of it, there's screaming approaching and they all look around the room. There's a loud thud that sends them all rushing out of the dining room and into the main hallway.

To their shock, there's a huge hole in the ceiling that has debris and broken concrete falling from it. Under the hole, Ally is arching her back in pain and holding her pregnant stomach.

Austin is the first react to his wife lying flatly on the ground. "Ally!"

Ally groans in complete pain as Austin tries to help her up. Tears form in her eyes as she croaks, "Leave me be. I'm healing."

"Ally, I can't just—"

"She's right. Let her heal herself," Marie agrees, coming to his side and moving him back. Marie puts a protective bubble over her sister. "There's no blood, so she's just aching."

"What about the baby? Is it okay?"

"I don't know," Marie sighs, looking up at the hole. "I don't have time to see. Just let her heal herself."

Marie levitates herself up the hole. Amelia doesn't give it a second thought as she follows. Zay finds himself zipping through the staircase, knowing his family was with Ally before whatever just happened.

Marie and Zay make it up first and they're surprised to see Aria holding a bubble over Lian, who was angrily pushing at the pink containment.

Aria is too focused on holding the bubble but Hope runs to Zay to hug him tightly. "Is Ally okay?!"

Zay looks over her shoulder, in relief to his daughters both asleep on the bed. "She's healing herself. What happened?"

"Zyra touched Lian and I guess that set her off," she sighs, looking at her frustrated sister. "Ally was holding this protective bubble over us, but she wasn't strong enough to hold it for long, so she just blasted Lian to distract her. Lian levitated her and, like, threw her through the floor. Before we knew it, Lian hit us with something that knocked the girls out, but Aria somehow managed to put her in a bubble thing. I don't know. It's too much going on."

"Wait, Zy and Cai are knocked out? Are they okay?!"

Hope nods, caressing his cheek to comfort him. "They're fine. I think it was just some sleeping energy because I was a little tired too but I fought it off. Same for Aria."
