"Who are you?"

Kaoki scanned him from top to bottom. This man had a slight slump, short, and was covered in blood.
"Name's Chishiya Shuntaro." The man said in a low voice, he was looking at some kind of paper inside his hands but instantly tucked it away into his swimming trunks.
'W,why can't we leave this place." Yuue's voice was shaking, scared that he may be armed with a weapon. But, she didn't dare ask him why he was covered in blood. Instead, she grabbed on to Mizuka's arm strongly, leaving nail marks o her skin.
"Like I've said you're in the Borderland. You can't escape this place easily. The only way to escape is by collecting the whole playing cards deck." The man who called himself Chishiya explained, looking dow at his feet, his hood covering half of his face.
"And how do we collect the playing cards?" Mizuka looked at the guy to make sure he didn't have any weapons on him, "That hurts, Yuu." She said, prying Yuue's hand off of her arm.
"Simple, you collect cards by playing each game-" Chishiya took out a card from his pocket. It was a five of spades.
"That doesn't seem so bad. What type of games? Goldfish? Or Slap Jack?" Kaoki interrupted, crossing his arms with pride, "You know, I'm pretty good at card games." He sniffed, smirking at the man.
"Before you rudely interuppted, these aren't just your normal games. It's not like goldfish or slap jack or all that nonsense. It's life or death." Chishiya took off his hood, he looked at Kaoki with a serious face.
Kaoki looked at Chishiya, then bursted out into laughter.
"You all did you hear that!?!? This guy is trying to scare us." Kaoki teared up a little, laughing too much, "Ok, Mr. so-called Chishiya, where are all the people? I know you know." He demaded looking down at the shorter guy, giggling at what Chishiya had said.
"Your loss that you didn't listen to me. I'm just advising you to find a game when you can so you won't die." Chishiya shrugged as he started to walk away from them, putting his hood on.    "Wait, sir!" Yuue called out, startling everyone around her. Even she didn't expect her to stop this mysterious man that she didn't know if she could trust.
"Yes? What is it, young girl?" Chishiya stopped where he was but, he didn't turn back to look at Yuue and the others.
"How do we get to these games?" Yuue asked, hopeful to get a good answer back so that she knew she could trust this man.
"I forgot to mention that the games for tonight are over. You should hope that you won't be kiled by the lasers tonight." Chishiya turned to face the group and looked at Yuue, "Any more questions? If not, I'm going to head back." He said as he was looking for something.
"How do we get cards?" Mizuka covered her mouth, noticing that she asked the question almost too loudly.
"Well, if you survive a game and the device you have tells you that you cleared the game, you get a card at the very end. Each game has a name, how hard it is, and it's category." He sighed as he looked at the group, top to bottom, "What have you done to your arm, boy." He walked over to Hajito, looking at his arm, "Who did this for him?"
"I, I'm sorry. I did it." Yuue was frightened by Chishiya's cold stares and cold attitude.
"Why are you sorry?" Chishiya asked as he looked at Hajito's arm, "You did it well, unfortunately, we don't have doctors and hospitals here. You'll have to find someone who used to be a doctor or worked in the medical field." He started walking towards the curb of the side walk, "Oh, I forgot to mention that you have visas after you enter a game."
"A, a visa?" Mizuka and Yuue say at the same time.
"Yes, a visa. In order to live, you need a visa. Each game will have a difficulty level like a level with a number like an ace, two, three, and so on. If you complete a game, you will recieve the amount of days written on the card. If it passes the amount of days and you haven't played a game since the last game, your penalty is death. You'll be shot by a laser." Chishiya explained, flipping the card around with his fingers.
"Where are the games being held?" Mizuka looked around her, it was already dark. No street lamps were on and no screen advertisements were on. It felt very odd to her, compared to the usual Shinjuku main street.
"It's supposedly just inside of Tokyo. But, it's not really known so I can't really answer you question, sorry." He said as he pushed back his long white hair out of his face.
"You wore a long sleeve but you're still cold?" Mizuka asked silently, looking at Yuue, who was shivering due to fear and the cool summer breeze. Yuue nodded and reached for Mizuka's hand, "You okay?"
"I'm kind of freaked out right now. Considering the fact that this may be a lie or death situation. But other than that, I think I'm okay." Yuue whispered back, looking at Mizuka, "How about you."
"I'm also kind of freaked out, but it's okay. We'll survive this together, I promise." Mizuka gave Yuue a reassuring smile to tell her that everything would be fine.
"Why are we here?" Kaoki asked, "Is there a reason for all of us to be here? Like, were we choosen by someone or something?"
"You're asking me as if I were the head of these games. I'm a player myself, how would I know?" Chishiya replied leaning on the nearest pole.
Kaoki looked flustered by the fact that he was told off by someone other than Mizuka, Yuue, and Hajito. Just then, a moving vehicle came towards with extreme speed. A girl with dreadlocks and a two pieced bikini sucking on a fake cigarette opened the window to the drivers seat.
    "Who are they?"
