"I haven't seen them around here, who are they?"
The tall buff guy with a black tanktop, military pants and black boots asked, stepping infront of the other two that were with them. Kuina, Chishiya, Mizuka, Hajito, Yuue, and Kaoki had just entered the entrance of the "Beach" and not moments later, the trio had approached them.
"They seem to be new in the Borderland so we brought them over to the Beach." Kuina explained to the man, crossing her arms, looking slightly annoyed.
"If they are new, they would be useless. We don't need them here. Right, Boss?" The man with long black hair and machine gun, asked to the guy with black tanktop, "But, this one's cute. I guess we can maybe keep her for company." He wrapped his arms around Mizuka, licking his lips with his pierced tongue.
"Sir, please get off of me." Mizuka grimaced and tried pushing him off, looking very frightened by the fact that this guy she barely even knew was getting physical with her.
"Sir, please get off of me." The man mimicked, sneering at Mizuka, "Pathetic. I get what I want and no one's going to try and stop me." He took a lick of Mizuka's neck.
"Please stop." Mizuka whimpered silently, trying to get this stranger off of her as soon as possible.
Yuue could visibly see Mizuka's uncomfterability and how she had tears forming in her eyes. Yuue's hands turned into tight fists, wanting to fight these guys but she obviously knew that she was much weaker than all three of them. So this must be the 'martial sect' Yuue thought to herself as she bit her lip to prevent anything wrong coming out of her mouth.
"Get off of her." Kaoki muttered, glaring at the man with the gun.
"What did you say, punk?" The man with the machine gun said, grabbing Kaoki's shirt by the front, "Tell me what you said right now." He demmanded, spitting on Kaoki's face.
"Kaoki, don't do it." Yuue whispered, grabbing Kaoki's hand, trying to pull him back before he got injured as well.
"Yeah, better listen to your small fragile girlfriend or else." The man said, letting go of Kaoki's collar, pushing him on the ground, "Now what's your name, darling?" He turned to Mizuka, lifting her chin up and smirking down at her.
At this point, there was a whole crowd gathering at the enterance of the "Beach" to see what the whole situation was about. Yuue couldn't bare watching her best friend crying any more and decided to step on the man's foot without even thinking twice.
CRUNCH
The man cried out in pain, letting go of Mizuka and clutched his foot. Yuue grabbed Mizuka and pushed her behind Yuue.
"Do you know what you just did?" The man said, pointing the gun at Yuue's forehead. Yuue looked at the man straight in the eyes, "So, you're a confident girl, I see." He said, pushing the gun farther into Yuue's forhead, "Let's see if you're going to be so confident after I shoot you."
"You wouldn't dare-" Yuue said coldly, still staring directly into the man's eyes. Suddenly, the crowd split into two and a group of people walked into the center of attention.
"Niragi, put the gun down." A man with long hair, wearing a kimono and swimming trunks came out adressing the man with the gun, "I won't tolerate any murdering in the Beach, tonight. Now who are they? I haven't seen them around." He asked, pushing the gun away from Yuue's forehead.
"They're new in the Borderland and so Chishiya and I couldn't leave them alone and brought them over to the Beach." Kuina claimed, grabbing Kaoki, who was still sitting on the ground trying to process what had just happened.
"Understood, Kuina. Follow me to the meeting room, I'm calling a council meeting." The man said, turning his back on the group and walked further into the building. Yuue and the rest of them silently obeyed what the man had said and followed him through the Beach, climbing many stairs and walking a lot until they reached a room with big double doors.
"Please enter." The man said, openning the big double doors. In walked the people behind Yuue and the group, "Please introduce yourselves to us." He gestured to Mizuka and the group.
"Uh, uhm, my name is Barano Yuue and I am 16." Yuue spoke up nervously, looking at the people looking at them. She saw the man in the kimono in the middle, a woman with short hair with a white crop top and sunglasses next to him, a woman wearing all black with a hime hair cut that Yuue found very familiar, Chishiya, the guy named Niragi, the guy in the black tank top, the guy with the tattoos, and a man who had a dress shirt on with swimming trunks and glasses, "This is Irin Mizuka, also 16. Amata Kaoki, 17 and Sashi Hajito, 15." She introduced each of her friends one by one.
"Can your friends not talk?" The man in the kimono asked, making the other people in the room smirk at the joke.
"Oh, I'm sorry." Yuue mumbled, embarassed that she didn't let her friends speak.
"Well, tell us about the games you've played so far." The woman in the white crop top asked, crossing her arms.
"We haven't played any games so far so we don't know about any, miss." Hajito answered, stepping forward, next to Yuue.
"Are you sure?" The woman in all black asked with a wide smile.
"Yes. We've been informed by Ms. Kuina and Mr. Chishiya that we have to play games in order to live but we haven't participated in any yet." Mizuka explained, trying to tell the audience infront of them that they were telling the truth.
"Tell us how you got here so that we know you're telling the truth." The man in glasses said, looking at the group with suspicion, "And why don't you, my boy who hasn;t spoken yet, tell us." He said, pointing towards Kaoki.
