In Love With The Enemy

Chapter 36- The kitten

"We found her guys!" A voice echoed through the forest as a group of people halted to a stop.

"That sounded like Wonder" One person muttered before they took a sip of water they were carrying.

Three people broke through into the small clearing the people had stopped in and they all drew their swords and bows and held them out at the intruders.

"It's just us" One of the three spoke.

The people put away the weapons and embraced them in hugs. "How did your search go?"

"We found her, and by we I mean Wonder, Mitch and Deadlox" The General said smiling proudly. "Lets get back, Seto if you will."

Everyone but Wonder made a circle and held hands as Seto teleported them all away.

Wonder made her usual wave and disappeared straight after them.

"The kitten is soo cute" Deadlox cooed as he removed the sleeping kitten with wings from his head.

Fire smiled gently and took the cat from him. She hugged it tightly and blushed when she caught Deadlox looking at her.

"What are you looking at headphones?" She replyed sarcasticly.

Honestly she was just glad to be back to normal. Being EnderFire was wierd.

"The cuteness in front of me of course" Deadlox laughed as Mitch stood to the side akwardly.

"Oh shut up" She smiled playfully.

Deadlox gave off a cheeky smile and poked his tongue out at her. "I was talking about the kitten." He laughed.

Mitch looked up at the clouds in the sky since they had grown 20% more interesting then before. What's taking Wonder so long he thought hope she found them alright.

A flash of white light appeared infront of the three and they all shielded their eyes. The kitten jumped down in a panic but Deadlox caught her and shielded her eyes aswell from his spot on the ground.

A group of people appeared infront of them and the glow disapeared. "Hey" Seto greeted. The kitten jumped from Deadlox's lap, and up to Seto.

Everyone looked on in confusion apart from Fire who grinned, as the kitten flapped its wings and flew up into the air.

"What the heck?" General Sky said as the kitten landed on Dawn's head causing her to giggle.

"So it's true Wonder" Seto said addressing the one person that wasn't there.

Water spurted up from the ground and circled around one spot. Fire shifted herself behind Mitch as Deadlox was sat on the floor and waited for the water to go.

When the water went, Wonder was standing in its place and extremely tired. "Yeah see I told you" She laughed as she pulled a pose.

Fire went back to her original spot and coughed loudly to get everyone's attention. "What's so special about my cat?" She questioned.

Wonder face palmed as did everyone else and Fire shrugged. "What? All it had is wings and different colours."

"Yeah only" Jerome laughed.
