Chapter 37- Walking

"This little kitten is one of five left in the whole of Minecraftia" Seto said as they all sat around the table in the dining room. "It contains a rare gene from centuries ago. This gene your kitten has, allows it to have this weird 'Super power' if you call it. It allows the cat to transform into a cat replica of its owner when it's tamed. The gene also makes the cat less jumpy so it will approach you before you even have a fish in your hand."

Fire nodded her head and looked down at the table again, letting the kitten to continue to roam around the table freely. "So why hasn't it changed to look like me again now?" She questioned.

"Once an ocelot is tamed, it can't be tamed again. You tamed the kitten in your EnderFire form so it designed itself to look like that, since you can't re-tame the kitten it cant change its looks." Jade piped up. Fire nodded her head, smiling a little bit at the sorceress and then looking away.

"So, what's for dinner?" Mitch questioned, breaking the silence that had formed.

Sky shrugged his shoulders and looked at Dawn who shrugged also. "Whatever we have I suppose" Sky said, laughing a little at the boys love for food.

"Do we have porkchops left?" Wonder asked, her eyes alight with happiness at the mention of food.

"Not Jeffery!" Jason cried. Fire let out a small laugh. Everyone turned their attention to the Fire wielder and she stopped laughing.

"Okay then" Dawn smiled, everyone returning their gaze to the person talking. "Should we go look for-" She was cut off by the fire user bursting out into laughter.

Everyone turned to look at the girl, and she just laughed even harder. Sky smiled brightly. The frigid, sarcastic sister of mine is laughing, wow he thought as he smiled.

Deadlox looked at the laughing girl next to him and shook his head slightly before face palming. She leaned back as she laughed and lost her balance.

Letting out a small shriek through her laughter she grabbed onto Deadlox's arm as she tipped backwards and dragged him with her.

The two fell off the bench and into a tangled up pile. Fire had realised that, somehow, she had ended up onto of Deadlox. Blushing to herself, she jumped up and then helped him up.

As everyone was in laughter at the accident, they sat back down on the bench. "Let's leave them to it" Deadlox whispered to the girl. She nodded her head and he told Mitch that he was leaving because Fire hurt her head.

"Sorry about that" Fire said, smiling sheepishly as they walked slowly around the castle.

Deadlox gave off a laugh and smiled at her. "Its fine, don't worry about it." He laughed akwardly.

"Why do you think the kitten chose to come up to me? Of all people, it came up to an insane killer." Fire asked.

He shrugged his shoulders and turned to look at the girl as they walked. "Maybe because the kitten saw that you were actually a rather nice person deep down."

"Sure" She laughed.

"Sush I was trying to be the nice guy and give you a compliment." He smirked.

"Well in that case, thank you. And I suppose you're alright aswell" She smirked in response.

"Let's go outside to the court yard gardens" He suggested. She agreed and the two of them walked to the gardens.

"Hey where did Fire and Deadlox go?" Jade asked.

"Oh Fire hurt her head, so Deadlox took her upstairs." Mitch answered, knowing that it was a complete and utter lie.

"Oh okay." Jade said, and no one thought about it twice. Sky burst out laughing as the image of his sister falling off the bench and dragging someone down with her popped into his head again.

Fire and Deadlox stopped their walk under a large willow tree. Deadlox walked under the branches and then reappeared as he held them back for her to enter.

"This is... Wow" Fire said, amazed by the beauty of the old tree. "How have I never seen this before in my whole entire existence?" She questioned.

Deadlox shrugged and they sat down on the grass. "Can you do other things with your fire apart from burning things down and using it in threating ways?"

"Yeah I suppose. I've never tried really. Apart from those things, and cooking, I've never actually done much with the magical ability I possess."

"Can you try? Please?" He pleaded.

She nodded her head and made a small, none burnable flame appear inbetween where they sat.

Focusing, she molded the flame into a droplet shape and gave it little legs and arms. She blew onto it and put her hands back in her lap as it started to move about, running around the two of them. "Wow" Deadlox breathed.

"I didn't even know I could do this. You can touch it, it won't hurt you" She smiled. He held out his hands and the little 'thing' Fire had created ran onto them.

It didn't burn the boy, but gave off a slight bit of heat, enough to warm your hands in the cold of winter.

"Can I try?"

"Sure, it might not work though. So don't get upset" She laughed slightly. She clicked her fingers and the 'thing' disapeared. Making another flame, exactly the same as before, she handed it to him and smiled as he held it in awe.

"Okay. Close your eyes." He commanded.

"Why?"

"Just do it!" She gave of a laugh and placed her hands over her eyes, blocking her view.

A few minutes later she was told to open her eyes again. Removing her hands and opening her eyes, she saw the boy holding a flower made from fire.

"Wow that's really good" She complimented.

"Thanks" He smiled. He reached over and placed it in her hair, just behind her ear. "There we go, much better."

She laughed a little and thanked him once again.

"We should probably be getting back now" Deadlox said. After a few hours of just talking and messing around with fire, the sky had begun to darken.

"Yeah, lets go" Fire replied.

The two stood up and started to make their way back to the main hall. Where, hopefully, there would be some food waiting for them both.

Hey my FireFlys! So I felt bad for not updating yesterday because I was busy doing- absoulty nothing actually. So as a sorry for the late update I made this chapter a bit longer then usual. This is over 1K words.

But here you get to see a much nicer side of Fire so yes.
