Maria and Eli had been hanging out for the remaining days before school and both had noticed that Miguel was acting off. The twin girl had a feeling something went down at the party but couldn't put her finger on it. Tory hadnt seen Miguel for awhile which was unusual as they were constantly attached. The miyagi-do's hadnt spoke a word to maria either.

Miguel knew he could never confide to Maria about the kiss with Sam as he knew how much his sister despised cheating and the fact she was close friends with tory would make it awkward as hell. The boy was in a major crisis. The person he trusted the most felt so distant because he was scared she would hate him. Tory had been ignoring him. Sam was also ignoring him.

The twins had only really had a conversation the day before going back to school while they were packing their school bags. While Maria added more pastel highlighters to her pencil case her brother entered her room.

"maria i really need to open up to you" miguel said in a scared but serious tone sitting on his sisters bed.

"whats wrong miggie" maria asked moving her notepads out of the way so she could sit beside him.

"its about the party" miguel replied with a shameful voice.

Maria clicked on to the shame and worry in her twins voice and it made her worried. The blue haired girl was not use to seeing her brother in such a vulnerable state it was usually her role.

"sam and i kissed by the pool obviously when we was very drunk. you know id never cheat on tory right"

Maria's face dropped. She wasnt angry at Miguel it was more disappointment. Maria had been in Torys situation kind of.

"do you regret it?" maria asked looking her brother in his eyes but she knew he didnt.

"I wish i could tell you i do" miguel admitted honestly

Maria couldnt sit there and judge her own brother but she felt torys pain. Then the thought that tory could of saw the pair of them kissing hit maria like a truck. Tory hadnt spoke to either twin for days now and school was opening tommorow.

"miggy what if tory saw the kiss" maria stated concern laced in every word.

Miguel couldn't even form words to reply but you could tell he was scared by the way he gulped and the way he stayed silent. The twins sat in the bedroom realising all of the hell raised over the break what if the kiss was the final breaking point where cobra kai and miyagi-do just give up and fight it out.

"all will be revealed tommorow i guess" miguel shrugged before leaving the room.

Maria decided to finish her to do list before getting into bed however moon decided to text before she hit her pillow.

Maria put her phone on charge and continued to stare at her ceiling thinking of every ounce of drama that has gone on. Tory and Sam already had enough drama with Miguel then the cherry on top was that stupid drunken kiss. Everybody in Cobra Kai had a miyagi-do "rival". As much as maria wished that she was involved she kind of was. The twin sister of the all valley champ and she was in a goddamn love triangle with the school nerd and school rebel. In any other circumstance maria would probably hate moon.

The teenage girl felt a tear roll down her face she was stressed and missed her old life. Where she didnt need karate to protect herself. She didnt cause drama between two ex best friends. A chaotic twin brother. Not thinking of her past. This whole new life made her want to scream it was too full of drama. She then continues to stare at her marvel merchandise. Maria would usually look at her favourite characters and they would teach her something. Right now the girls eyes locked with a photo of bucky barnes as the winter soldier.

Maria knew that she was growing up it isnt always easy and she needed to teach that not only to the cobra kai and miyagi-do students but to their sensei's. Maria had finally drifted off knowing she was going to make a change to both dojos no matter how long it was going to take.
