chapter eleven | season three

The last couple of days had been an absolute mess for maria. Hawk would go on none stop about cobra kai then Miguel would go on about the plan to join eagle fang and miyagi-do. The brunette knew that something terrible was bound to happen soon. Miguel was trying to get back with Sam knowing that Tory was still hurt about the cheating. Sam couldn't care less about Robby. Maria was felt annoyed that she couldn't just pick one side but both sides had valid points. Sadly Maria hadn't been completely focused since miguel told her the plan as she felt she was gonna betray hawk.

"we're going to Sam's house tonight so we can make some arrangements" miguel explained while maria was drinking some orange juice at the dining room table.

"surely there is better solutions to beat cobra kai then to join both dojos your only gonna provoke them" Maria tried to reason but miguel wasn't gonna listen.

"Tory and Robby should move on and cobra kai needs to be stopped not just beaten" miguel declared in a leader tone.

"you know this is going to cause trouble and whether cobra kai is around or not both Tory and Robby are gonna want revenge for what you two did to them" maria defended now standing up.

"maria how can you defend them they're physcopaths" miguel ranted.

"this fight wouldn't of happened if you and Sam could of just stayed loyal to them so don't act like your innocent" Maria replied seriously before going to change into some actual clothes as she was still in pyjamas.

deep down even miguel knew that his sister was right but if he was true to himself he didn't care because he knew he loved sam. the boy knew that it was gonna be something his family would always remember what he did and yes he did feel guilty but at the same time believed tory went too far. Maria didn't take too long before miguel decided to ring everyone to go to Sam's.

little did the two dojos know that the cobras wasn't too far behind them. they was gonna be in for the fight of there life. once eagle fang arrived drama still arised but maria sat crossed legged on the floor with no care in the world. The only time she wanted to put in some input is when sam opened her mouth.

"cobra kai are nothing but bullies and yes everyone has a sob story but that doesn't mean we bully" sam said confidently as if she had rehearsed it 1000x times.

"and what's your sob story samantha" maria asked now standing up miguel standing between the girls.

"i-"

"come on everyone has a sob story but what exactly is yours because if I remember rightly you was literally a chick flick princess, popular, rich, popular boyfriend and the loving family so tell me your sob story" Maria ranted before everyone heared a cat which distracted the argument.

"I think your cat wants to come in" bert said excited to see the animal.

"I didn't know you had a cat?!" miguel said confused.

"we don't" sam replied before berts tiny body came flying through the window landing into maria.

'ouch im sorry maria here let me help you up" bert grunted handing his hand to the girl.

"thank you bert" maria said giving the small boy a nod.

The cobras then began to enter one by one. Tory and Hawk made eye contact with Maria and sadly looked down not wanting to fight her. Miguel tried to reason with them but they wasn't leaving without a fight.

"NO MERCY" Tory screamed before throwing punches at some miyagi-do students.

before you could even say sensei the entire house had a one v one. maria thought off some random cobras she didn't recognise. The girl would stop to take in the chaos that was happening inside the larussos home. She noticed that demetri was struggling so decided to help him out.

Hawk had took notice of his girlfriend fighting his fellow cobras and saw that she was defending demetri. At first it hurt him that she was looking out for her ex but then realised he betrayed everyone that originally stood by him. Maria was always there for him no matter the situation. Maria would wait for him to realise the good side. It was this moment he needed to see that he belonged on her side. Hawk been alone in his thoughts was okay until some cobras had hold of both demetri and maria. He saw both looks on the pair's faces. demetri was full of pure fear knowing that the hawk would hurt him regardless of the history they shared. Maria stood there with concern and worry which was when hawk realised he let everyone down. The cobras noticed hawk stood there watching and egged him on. This was his moment to show he was a good guy.

The boy began to run and for a breath moment Maria generally was scared he would fight alongside the cobras even if that meant fighting her. Then he kicked them out of the way realising both brunettes.

"I'm sorry man for all of it" hawk sincerely said towards demetri.

demetri looked as shook as maria but hugged hawk back. Before the red haired boy turned to his girlfriend.

"you waited for me to realise which was the good side" hawk said smiling at her.

"of course I did and I would do it over and over again" Maria said hugging him.

Hawk stopped for a second to admire his girlfriend and for one second he stopped the chaos happening around them by kissing her quickly.

'I love you" both said in sync.

however the moment was cut short by the body's been thrown in they're direction.

Hawk decided to fight beside demetri like the good old binary bros. Maria noticed that miguel had knocked out kyler with a badass move before seeing tory follow sam into the beach house/dojo.

"miggy Tory and sam" Maria shouted before everyone followed them to the building.

Tory and Sam was in the middle of a stick war. Maria decided to stay quiet as she wasn't interested in this love triangle anymore she had her love life and miguel had his.

"Tory the fight is over" hawk said sternly.

"the fight will never be over" Tory shouted back.

however the blonde did decide to leave but glared at hawk before warning him to watch his back.

That's when sam and miguel dropped me and hawk back home where we just laid down and relaxed trying to process what just happened before they went to search for daniel and johnny.

"so does this mean your gonna be part of miyagi fang" Maria asked laying her head on hawks chest.

"I guess it does as long as your by my side nothing matters" hawk admitted kissing Maria's forehead.

"now let's sleep"

"goodnight eli" maria said cuddling into him.

Hawk smiled at the sound of his real name and for the first time in a very long time he didn't hate the name. This was the beginning of a whole other story.
