"What the hell is taking shy so long?" I asked myself while I waited in the car for him to pick up jr.
Today was he's first day of school and as excited as I've been for this day since he was born.. I can't lie this morning I cried like hell from the moment I got him ready until he got to school
I repeatedly looked out the window to see if they were coming because last I checked, I was supposed to be an in and out process but then again... this is my son I'm talking about so I could only hope and pray he didn't get in trouble already
Not too much longer afterwards shy walked out of the school with jr who said something to his daddy while they headed to the car. When they approached the car shy opened the back door for him, helped him in and and put his seatbelt on before getting in the drivers seat
"How was school baby?" I asked jr while looking back
"I'm hungry. Can I get McDonald's?"
I took a deep breath and rolled my eyes while shy shook his head
"You heard yo momma ask you a question"
"No ion even wanna know nomore. Jr get on my nerves.. lookin like yo stupid ass"
Shy sucked his teeth as he pulled off
"Ma, guess what?"
"What boy?" I responded to jr
"I got 2 girlfriends"
Shy plastered a little smirk on his face while I looked back at jr
"2 what?"
"Girlfriends. Her name Jayla and....ummm.. I forgot the other one name" he answered as he tried to remember but just shook his head and looked out the window
"And what exactly do you know about a girlfriend"
"I can have a lot of them"
Shy started laughing so I hit him
"That's your fault"
"How?"
I squinted my eyes at him and all he could do was laugh
"Jr" I called his name " you wanna baby brother or sister?"
"A brother" he wasted no time answering which caught me and shy's attention
"Why you wanna brother?"
"So I can beat him up"
"Beat him u- boyyy.." I frowned up my face, turning back around to face the front and looked at shy who just found jr so funny "get your child"
"Well too bad cause you gettin a lil sister" shy told him and smiled to myself. I can't lie, finding out at the doctors appointment today that we were having a girl was the most refreshing news in the world and shy was over the moon and has been ever since
"She can't touch my toys" he mumbled
"That's fine. My baby gone have her own toys" I told him while I looked at my phone
We ended up going to McDonald's to get something to eat and afterwards shy ended up taking us to the house I told him about the other day, saying he was gonna take me to look at it
I looked around at the neighborhood as we pulled up to the house and the house was just as pretty in person as it was on the website along with the neighborhood
"We supposed to meet somebody here or something so they can show us the inside?" I asked shy as he got out of the car
"I went to the people yesterday and they gave me they keys so we can look at it" he responded, taking them out of his pocket so I took my seatbelt off and got out while he got jr out
