The Arcobaleno. The Strongest Seven. Wild Cards. One could call them the Jokers🃏 or Ace of their Weather element. They are each unique and once cursed to be infants.

Their flames suppressed + being infants = easy Targets, right?

-WRONG.

They wouldn't be The Strongest 7 and leave a gap to any who challenge them if they couldn't have something to back them up and prove their title:
Skills, Intelligence, Martial Arts, Gun Prowess, Power, Connections, ...
They all hold one or more of these redeeming qualities.
However, there's one thing they could never hope to achieve or manage to successfully imitate - and that's saying something, considering they have a Mad Scientist and the Devil/ Chaos incarnate amongst their group.

Ironocally, that thing belongs to the 'weakest' of them; Cloud Arcobaleno Skull DeMorte - arguably the strangest name anyone has ever heard in their life and unable to forget it.
Like any of the names of the Arcobaleno, but is it's uniqueness the only thing that reminds others of his existence?
The fact he was the first Arcobaleno that came from a civilian background?
His weakness, that drags the other Arcobaleno's down due to his useless status of being a Civilian.

-but nonetheless, he chosen by Checkerface himself like they all were and cursed!
In contrast to them, who they all knew their identity and qualification for the position of 'Strongest' for, why him?
A Crybaby. An Idiot. A Useless. Nobody. Their Weakest.
Why Skull, a guy that couldn't even hold his own or even wield a gun?

Now there's someone else in the Mafia who that description had fit. Reborn, Sun Arcobaleno and Number One Hitmans' Second Student, Sawada Tsunayoshi the Vongola Decimo/ Neo Vongola Primo.
Now, asking what the difference between those two is and who'd win in a Life or Death Match? Every and all Mafiosi would look at the Don of the Strongest Mafia Famiglia who was trained by the Devil himself and capable of reigning in monsters with a single smile!

But not everyone shared that opinion; five people think otherwise. And that's because they know the truth, have an idea as to why or even something of a premonition. They are: Sawada Tsunayoshi, Mafia Don of the Strongest Famiglia and Vongola Ring Holder.
Uni Giglio Nero, Mafia Donna and Sky Arcobaleno with the Power over Visions.
Byakuran Gesso, Mafia Don and Mare Ring holder with Power over Parallel Worlds.
They are part of the Trinisette, Holders of the World's Balance.

The remaining 2 were Kawahira or Checkerface, who cursed the Arcobaleno. Trickster and oldest Man alive. The Chooser.

And lastly, Skull himself. For he guards the secret his whole life.
He didn't want to be treated differently by anyone if they ever found out. Those who know, listed above, don't mind. They know he's a good guy who helps when he can. They've seen worse and fewer done so themselves. Especially those who attempted to/ had a hand in trying to kill one of them.

Skull DeMorte is Lucifer, the Underground Fighting Champion. And that name is his Chain, the thing that binds him with his real identity.

Why he was roaming Earth aka the Mortal World? He had been 'ordered' to learn Human emotions and compassion, devotion... As such he got incarnated as a 'normal human'.

He had to rely on his own survival skills while completing his task. Meaning he was without money or home, an orphan. In the end he ended up in the slums and from there he learned to earn his keep while he, as a child, trained to defend himself with his experience (memories of countless battles) and fought in shady arenas.
He's known about the Mafia all his live, especially down there where shady dealings are the norm and souls wailed loudly. (He meant both hell & slums). He became the devil among the hellcrawlers down there (again, he's referring to the slums).
