They never thought of it.
They were weird enough with their own Elements so they never really questioned each other like: 'Shouldn't you be calmer' to Colonello, 'Shouldn't you be... kinder?' to Reborn (no one did, they valued their live, except 1) or 'Shouldn't you be fiercer?' to Fon.

Hence no one asked the most obvious question in the Mafia towards a certain ex-civillian Cloud: 'Shouldn't you be more bloodthirsty?'

Clouds in particular are usually violent, don't like to be restrained or hang around others, aka they were aloof to their surroundings.
It was like this for the 1st and 10th Vongola Clouds; Hell, even Kikyo the Cloud Funeral Wrath of Byakuran shows some of these characteristics!!

...But their Cloud?
He's loud, acts like a weakling, child and coward, relies on others and isn't bloodthirsty at all.
Did they mention he was weak?
He doesn't even use a weapon!!
He never used his flames till they would question if he even was a Cloud, but Luce and Uni affirmed the fact numerous times and they definitely felt the bond with the Lackey in front of them.

So that idea was rejected.

In the end they labeled him as a useless Cloud and an enigma like them.

But! There was something they didn't consider.
All those other Clouds they met on a daily basis held another fact to them all that was true.

Not Age,
Not Origin,
Not Nationality,
Not Weapontype,
Not any of those criteria!

It was one obvious and another hidden fact that existed to explain their Cloud.

Those 2 things: one so simple but neglected, the other hidden and unexplored.

The First became obvious after a suggestion, rather a statement from a Sky to their Elements.

"Guys... If it's fine with you, could we call each other by our first names? You can use mine-
I insist, Gokudera-kun."

That was Sawada Tsunayoshi di Vongola, 10th Boss of Vongola.
Holder of the purest Sky Flames known in the current times and Reborn's student.
He convinced each and every single one of his Guardians.

Uni, having heard of this, got inspired (sadly): "Can we also call each other by our given names?"
She had been concerned, seeing them interact more like distant work colleagues instead of family with each other. So she wanted to change something that should've been there long ago - A family!

Now most of them rejected the idea, if only partial like Lal or outright like Reborn - he'd barely allowed Tsuna to call him Renato once. So he didn't want them to start. And, any way he thought of it, it would be much too late in their relationship to change their way of address.

"I would like that-" Fon got interrupted by a rowdy Skull: "Let's do it!! C'mon!"

Reborn had already clocked Leon-gun's safety off at his Lackey's demanding and authorative tone. He was about to shoot, as did Lal, but Uni was in their line of fire, next to Skull and Fon, hugging them both and saying her thanks. And Fon sure as hell would give his opinion if they tried anything in that case.

It didn't help that the others turned traitors.

"Only if you pay me."

"I do not care."

"Okay, Kora!"

It was down to Reborn and Lal. They got multiple looks directed at them. The last one standing would be considered strongest of the Arcobaleno.
