I couldn't come up with the courage to leave New York, I didn't want to face the colors left behind or the discoloration of my world without Billie and New York was a distraction because there was so many lights that distracted me from the colors. So it's been a couple weeks since I've been home. "You know we have to leave eventually" I said to Calum who was buttoning up his shirt. "I have enough money for us to permanently live here" he said before chuckling and leave the room. He was exploring the music industry with a couple guys he met and they were amazing. It was cold out when I stepped outside to walk to the presentation there was today. As I walked the city full of lights a bright blue caught my eye and I stopped in my tracks when I was facing those familiar blue eyes and flushed cheeks from the cold. "I found you" she breathed out.
Billies Pov
I roamed the halls looking for the familiar color of her when I met with her best friend. "Where is she?" I asked Conan, "one hi, two we have no idea" he said closing his locker, "what do you mean you don't know?" I asked. "I mean I have no idea where she is, also why do you care don't you have a girlfriend?" He asked me, "no she's not my girlfriend and I care because I need to talk to her, I finally understand her stupid color theory" I said. "She's been gone for like 3 weeks Billie but last I heard she was with Cal, check his insta" he said before walking away. I knew she was gone for three weeks, I noticed when she left the homecoming and I was finally alone with Gia and realized she wasn't the one lighting up the world a yellow. It was her. I tried calling about a million times and I tried to wait for her but I was getting impatient to tell her my discoveries. I scrolled through Calums posts and noticed a venue in New York. I didn't pack anything which was a horrible idea because after walking around New York for a few hours I was freezing. I finally found her and it was such a meant thing to be because New York is so big filled with colors. "I found you" I breathed out and she stopped for a minute before looking at the floor and walking away. "I've looked everywhere, called a million times" I said, "I didn't want to be found billie" she said as she continued to leave. "Please you have to hear me out" I said but as I was talking a few fans approached me, distracting me from her and it made me lose sight of her.
