Chapter 38.2.2

We stayed for more hours in the beach. We were just talking about what we have been doing when we were away from each other.

After our sharing moments, after we get to see the sunset together we decide to go home. Home with him is so nice to hear, so nice to say and so nice to feel. He is my my home.

When we got home, voices from familiar people greeted us. I was shocked to see my parents talking with Taehyung's parents in the living room.

Eon Jin serves my parents some drink. When they heard the door being closed all of them looked at us.

As soon as Taehyung saw my parents he bowed down to them.

"M-mom. D-dad." I stammered.

"Good thing you're here now. We need to discuss something." Dad said. I am so nervous to what he is gonna say. Last time we have this kind of talk he arranged a marriage for me.

"About what?" I asked.

"About your dating issue."

I was trying to processed what dad has said and when it sinked in my eyes widen.

"No dad, I swear no one recognizes me with Lyndon yesterday. And no one sees me and Taehyung together." I explained to him. Dad shook his head telling me that's not his concern.

I look at him confused. What then?

"It's you and Kain Jiyong." Mom said who's now standing up and letting me sit on the single sofa.

Tar went near me and got my coat from my arms and put it on the coat rack.

"Do you know about this Taehyung?" I wanna sound calm but I know the irritation takes over my voice.

"Yes." He look down at me and caress my head. He then look at my parents. "It's not true sir, ma'am. She told me she is not dating other idols but me." I blink a lot of times to what he's said. Well it's true but why didn't't he told me about this?!

"It was our idea Jennie. Sorry we just want you to live normally at least for a day." As if on cue his mom answered my questions that's filling up my brain.

"So, we talked with the agency and we found out again that it's a media play. To cover the bullying allegations to the artists under YG." Dad explained.

"So what're we gonna do about it sir? Shall I announce that we are engaged?" Both of our parents were shocked to what Taehyung just said. Even me!

I look at him but he was just looking straight to my parents.

I saw how his parents smile so widely and they even clapped. But my parents showed the opposite. Mom was looking at me and Tae, while dad was trying to think.

"Hmm...that won't help as of now honestly. But congrats to the two of you." I turn my head to dad when he congratulated us. Mom smile and said the same. "Don't worry Jennie, the agency is doing their best to brush off your dating scandal with the BigBang member, they released your member's teaser photos and one of your label's comeback teaser too. Fans won't really put too much attention on it."

"For now avoid searching your names in your social media accounts so you won't read any malicious comments. And you can stay here for a while. I talked with V's parents and they are so willing to let you stay here." Mom added.

After hours of talking and asking, my parents need to go back to Seoul to do things for me. I was left standing in front of the window as I watch Taehyung talk with my parents. Taehyung then bowed to my parents as they hopped inside the car.

I walked to the living room and sat on the single sofa. I let out a long, deep sigh and held my hair and massage my scalp.

I feel two warm hands envelope my hand and I saw Taehyung kneeling in front of me and he smiled at me.

"Everything's gonna be okay." He said in a low voice.

"I hope so." I replied.

"You have us Jennie." His dad said out from nowhere, I sat properly and they were holding a box.

Taehyung stood up and was about to get the boxes from his parents but both of his siblings stop him from doing so.

"Look here young lady, these are Taehyung's baby pictures. You're gonna see him without clothes." His mom sat on the floor opening the box, Tae went near me and was about to pull me out but I tap his hands saying 'it's okay'.

His siblings were laughing so hard and let me see a picture of him getting a bath, he was I think 4 years old in the picture. He was naked and was placed inside a big basin.

I laughed as well and get the picture from his siblings. He was bowing his head now and both of his hands were placed on his hips. He was heaving a deep sigh and I know he is so shy!

"You're so cute here Taehyung." I said while laughing.

"Stop it please." He pleaded but we act like we didn't't hear any complaints from him.

After looking at his pictures in the box that his mom gave, it's the other box now that we are inspecting.

I was shocked to see that it was all me. Yes me, a picture of me listening to the teacher in the class, me singing in school, me taking pictures to people, me joining sports before. It was all me.

"My brother really loves you noona, he took a pictures of you even though it's creepy." His younger brother jokes. His sister was just nodding as if agreeing.

"When did you take all of these?" I asked, still surprise.

"He sat beside me on the floor and got the pictures inside the box and read out aloud the dates when he took the pictures. He's being sarcastic to me right now but I didn't mind it.

I was left with no words while scanning my own pictures.

"Even though it's still so risky to say this, but Jennie I'm giving you our blessings to marry our son." His dad said. Slowly tears streamed down from my eyes.

"It's okay to fight and argue sometimes but never forget how you two are bound to love and take care each other." His mom, now whose also crying said.

I crawl towards his parents and hug them so tight. His two siblings hugged me as well. I can't breath properly because of the two kids' hold to me but I din't really mind.

"Yah Jennie is still marrying me and yet you're not giving her enough space to breath!" Taehyung said as he got his siblings away from me, then the arguments started.

I am so happy right now that I din't wanna end this day! I am so thankful how warm his parents to me and how they are very supportive to the two of us.

"Now this call for a....." His sister prolonged making us look at her with confusion.

"PARTY!!!!" Well all laugh at her cuteness.

I want to keep this with him. With my Taehyung.
