Taehyung's POV

"Hyung can I go back to Korea tomorrow?" I asked Namjoon hyung as soon as I entered our hotel room. We just had our Grammy performance, I was disappointed with the results but I'm still happy that I got to perform and made our fans happy.

"Why would you go ahead?"

"I want to have a trip with Jennie, you know how busy we are this past few weeks. After all the performances and tours I really wanna see her." I know I sound like a puppy right now but hell I care.

"I've heard Jennie will find another man V, I can smell a divorce." it was Hoseok hyung making fun of me. I admit that I haven't give much time to my wife, and I'm so worried about her. That's why I'm looking for a chance to spend my entire week with her.

"Don't be mean to V hyung, he will cry." now it was Jk who's busy playing with his phone.

I exhaled sharply and shook my head, what's the point of asking seriously if they will just make fun of me?

I dismissed myself and knocked on the door just right beside our room. My brother came with me here in LA. He was independent enough to have his own room but I still want to see if he's doing well.

"Hyung, Jennie noona will be here in LA. I saw her post. And I think she will go to Coachella and Harry Styles' concert." my brother informed. I fished out my phone from my back pocket and began tapping the screen. I look for any news regarding her departure and it was true. I sat on the single sofa just beside the bed.

She will surely be here early tomorrow. I messaged her if she is coming to LA just to confirm, and she replied instantly with just 'yup'.

I searched online for some hotel near the airport, and when I saw an available VVIP hotel room, I reserved it for her and sent her the address.

I was just busy scrolling to my Instagram when a dm comes in.

From: MY WIFE❤️
You don't really have to reserved me a room love, my manager already made sure that I have a place to stay.

My smile came out involuntarily as I read her message.

To: MY WIFE❤️
I know Mrs. Kim. I just want to have a private place with you😉.

I waited for a couple of minutes for her to reply, but I didn't receive anything in return, even a 'seen'.

A loud bang echoed around the room when Jk and Jimin harshly open the door making me and my brother flinch.

"Taehyung! Your wife is coming here!" Jimin half-shouted. Jk was behind him nodding his head.

I stood up and throw the pillow on the bed towards the two guys. It hit Jimin's face.

"You're not in the dorm, stop banging the door." I told them.

"Wait, why aren't you surprised? Did you know about this?" Jimin asked.

"I told him." My brother answered.

"So are you guys going to see each other?" Jk.

"We will figure things out." I ended.

My phone vibrated, I looked at the notification and it was Jennie's reply.

Alright love, maybe I'll stay in the hotel you reserved. I feel like I'll get worn out from this long flight.

"He's creepy right now." I heard Jk whispered to Jimin and to my brother. I didn't noticed that I just flashed my box smile upon reading my wife's reply.

I nudged the thought but my smile still plastered on my lips.

"I'll stay with my wife." I told them. I didn't hear any comments from them, they all agreed.

"Just don't get caught, she might experience being attacked by our over dramatic fans again." Jk advised.

I packed some of my clothes to onw of my gucci bag. I even tied a scarf around the handle of my bag. I wore my sunglasses and my mask to cover my face.

I messaged my manager that I will leave the hotel, and also message mu other members to inform them. I gave my brother a pocket money just so he could stroll around but I command him to go with my members.

I used the private elevator and tapped the ground floor.

When I got myself in the lobby, my manager was waiting for me already, I gave him the address to where I was going. He asked me if I can go by myself and I just nod at him.

I drove to where the hotel is, I got a chance to sightsee some wonderful and beautiful scenery.

I stop by to a Chanel store. I parked the car just across the highway. I fixed myself first and hopped out.

I crossed the street, I pushed the glass door and a lady in black corporate attire approached me. I bowed my head a little to greet her and she did the same.

"Can I have a private place?" I asked in a strong English accent.

"VIP sir?" the lady asked.

I showed her my personal ID, she was surprised, she cleared her throat and show me a way to where I can feel safe.

She instructed me to wait and just sit down to an L-shaped sofa. I obliged.

"What do you need sir?"

"Can I see some earrings? Coco Chanel earrings? Umm..just like this?" I showed her Jennie's cropped picture in the ear part where the earrings can be seen.

"Oh yes sir, that's our latest release. Give me a moment." she was very considerate in Speaking slowly just so I can understand her.

"Thank you."

I waited for her to come back, I was thumping my feet when I saw a pair of bracelets, it's kinda simple. But I like the smiley thing hanging on it.

"Here you go sir."

"I'll take that miss. And also these." I gave her the bracelets and one of my credit card. "Can you deliver this to me?"

"Yes sir. I'll send it to you right away."

"Thank you, my manager will be the one to receive it."

When I finished purchasing the things that I liked to have. I went out through their private exit door. There are a few people outside but it's safer.

I pressed the car key button to open the car and hopped inside. I drove back to the hotel I reserved.

As I arrived, I was already expecting that my manager will be here. And yes, he is here. He is looking at his watch and surveyed me when I hopped out.

"You're 30 minutes late. Where have you been?" he was worried about me. I tap his shoulder to calm him.

"I just purchased something. I give them your number so you can receive it, please send it to me ASAP. Thanks for guiding me hyung." he sigh and turn his back to show me the way inside the hotel.

We rode a private elevator. He gave me the two card keys of the room, and a magazine. It's a promotion magazine of this hotel.

"I really thought you're in trouble." he hissed at me.

I chucked at him.

"No hyung, I'll just bought some gift for my wife."

"By the way V, her parents are here. They're staying in their house here in LA."

My in-laws are here, and I don't even know?

"They instructed me to tell you. If you have time tomorrow, they want to see you with Jennie."

When the elevator dinged, he pushed me slightly just to let me go out and he faced me.

"They want you to officially introduce Jennie to the public." my manager lastly said, the the elevator closed leaving me shocked? Worried? Happy?
