Rebecca POV

I have already worked at the 118 for five mouths and the more time I work there more I felt like I was apart the family. Today we are having a welcome back party to Buck, Athena and Bobby offered to have the party at their house. I offered to bring the cupcakes everyone loved so much and first time in five mouths everybody will meet Kay. Well everyone except Eddie, Chris and Kay have had play dates and they get along great. After we picked up the cupcakes we started to drive to Bobby's and Athena's house. The whole drive Kay was talking about meeting the rest of the team.  As we arrived I picked Kay from his car seat and picked up the box. We walked to the door and I knocked, Bobby opened the door and I gave him the cupcakes. 

''Hey, you must be Kay.'' Bobby smiled and Kay nodded and made grabby hands to him. Bobby looked at me and I smiled. Kay had always been very brave kid and always wanted to make friends Bobby took him from me and I took the cupcake box back. We walked into the house, and I saw everybody inside the house and a little outside. 

''Hey Becca and Kay are here.'' Bobby announced. I hugged Athena and smiled at everybody, Athena went to Kay and smiled at him. ''And you are a very cute baby.'' Kay felt amazing getting all that attention. I could see that Kay wanted to get down ''Hey Bobby you can but him down but Kay you have to listen what Mommy says. Okey?'' Kay nodded and when Bobby but him down he ran outside right away.  

''So how Kay is adjusting to the kinder garden?'' Athena asked me as we watched Kay playing with May and Harry. ''I think he likes it very much but the teachers said he is trying to be a smart ass.'' Athena laughed at that and nodded. ''Yeah Harry and May were the same. It will move on if you just talk to him. and tell him that other kids want to learn too.'' As Athena said that we saw Christopher coming to me.

 ''Becca you are here.'' He smiled and I pend down to hug him. ''Hey Chris you know there are the cupcakes on the table that you love.'' I whispered to him. He laughed and started to walk to the table, I stood up and saw Eddie looking at me. ''You know I have to deal with that energy myself not you.'' He hugged me and said that, I laughed at that. ''Hey this is payback for the other week when you fed Kay candy's.'' He laughed and nodded 

''Okey fair enough.'' As we looked at each other and smiled, I saw Athena looking at us with a weird look. I looked at her and she just winked at me, I didn't know what she meant so I shook it off.  As we were talking we saw Maddie and Buck walking in. We all yelled surprise and Buck looked happy, we all hugged him and I called Kay to me. 

''Hey Kay this is Uncle Buck.'' Buck bend down and Kay immediately hugged him. ''HY My name is Kay and I'm going to be this old soon.'' Kay showed Buck 3 fingers, and Buck laughed. ''Wow you are a big boy already are you?'' Kay nodded and again ran off.  ''So are you ready to come back to work? We miss you.'' Buck laughed and nodded. ''I am itching to come back. I feel like I will die in my home from boredom.'' ''Well you could have asked me to bring Kay over. Trust me you will not get bored with him.'' I made a joke, Buck nodded. 

''I believe that because it seems that Eddie has problem with him right now.'' We looked at Eddie and Kay, Kay tried to ran Eddie over. We laughed and just walked outside as well, when Maddie brought Buck a cake I saw that something was wrong with him. As I started to ask if he was okey he started to cough up blood, he soon fell down and we all ran to him. I saw Eddie taking the kids inside and heard Bobby calling the ambulance. Soon the ambulance came and they took him away. I told Eddie to go the hospital and I will take Chris to my house, Eddie agreed and we all went away. 

The next day we all had to go to work so I called my babysitter and asked her to take care of Chris and Kay. I went to work where I found out that Buck can't come back to work anytime soon because he has blood clots and that he also had quit his job. I knew I was going to talk to him or even give him Kay for the day because that boy makes everybody's day better. After a while of sitting we got a call of a women who had a baby taken out off her womb. It was a hard call but when we found the women and the baby all good and well we were relived. The day  was filled with crazy calls but when I got home I was happy because everything worked out well. 

Around 9 Eddie came to pick up Chris and I saw him having bruises and cuts all on his face. ''Come on I need to help you.'' I grabbed him and led him to the bathroom, I made him sit on the toilet and started to look for things. ''Soo are you going to tell me what happened or...?'' He looked down to his hands. 

''Well you remember you said to me that getting the anger out may help so I have been getting the anger out but I can't get over it. You know before she died she asked me for a divorce. She didn't just die she wanted to leave again.'' I can see that he gets tears in his eyes. I grabbed his hands. 

''You know I didn't mean that beat someone up, I meant boxing. But this clearly doesn't help so you should get help Eddie. This just doesn't go away you need to talk about it and don't let Chris forget who she was. I tell Kay every night who his father is.'' I smiled at him and I hugged him, as we pulled away I saw him looking at my lips.

 ''As much I would like to do that you need to figure yourself out.'' I smiled sadly and he nodded. After I got him healed he went to Chris, me and Kay said goodbye and I hugged them both. As I hugged Eddie he whispered to me. ''When I get better I will give you that kiss.'' I blushed and kissed his cheek. ''I will hold you to that promise.'' They went away and I went to put Kay to bed. 

The next day Eddie asked me if I wanted to take Kay to Buck as well because he thinks it will help him. I sadly said no because Kay was exited to go to the kinder garden. Eddie said okey and we said bye. I took Kay to the kinder garden and went to work. Most of the day was slow but then we got an emergency call that tsunami hit the Santa Monica bay. We got dressed and drove to Santa Monica. As we got there we saw just chaos I was happy that Kay was at the kinder garden and that Chris was safe with Buck.
