Fighting for Love

Becca's POV

As I gotten my make up ready I took out the dress and put it on. As I had gotten the dress on I heard a knock on the front door. I tried to get the zipper shut but after trying and failing for a little while I decided that Eddie could help me. 

''Hey.'' I said as I opened the door. ''Hello you.'' He said smiling and started to give me flowers. ''No wait can you do me up?'' I said and Eddie laughed. ''Yeah of course.'' He said and put the flowers down and did my zipper up. ''You look amazing.'' He said as I turned around. ''Thank you. Okey we can start now the right way.'' I said and Eddie laughed. 

''Hey these are for you.'' He said picking up the flowers again and giving them to me. ''Thank you so much. I will put these to the vase and put some shoes on.'' I said and invited him in. I quickly did my things and returned to my date. ''Okey I'm ready. Will you tell me where we are going?'' I said as Eddie took my hand and I shut the door. 

''I could tell you but I think that it will be more fun if I don't.'' He said as he opened my door. I just smiled at him and got to the car. ''I put some deep though into this so I hope you like it.'' He said as he got to the car as well. ''I'm sure I will love it.'' I said and we started driving. 

After about a half a hour of driving we just talked. ''So how was Mark's family?'' Eddie asked me suddenly and I smiled. ''You don't have to ask about him and his family.'' I said but Eddie just shook his head. ''No Mark was and someway will always be apart of your life. So if I want to be apart of your life I should know about him more.'' He said and I smiled. 

''Okey. They are great, they loved being with Kay and seeing a little bit of Mark in him. It also was great for me because in some way I was afraid that they would be mad.'' I said and Eddie nodded. ''Yeah that makes sense. But they know about me?'' Eddie asked me and I smiled. ''Ohh Mark's mom knew the moment I walked into the house. I told her a little bit about you but not a ton.'' I said and Eddie grabbed my hand. 

''Okey we are here.'' Eddie suddenly said and got out of the car. I looked out of the window and saw that we were in a small restaurant. Eddie opened my door and held his hand out. ''Where did you find this place?'' I asked and Eddie laughed a little. ''I asked around durning one of the shift and Hen told me that her and Karen go here every anniversary.'' He said as we walked in. 

''Two for Diaz.'' Eddie said and the host smiled to us and showed us to our table. As we walked I got confused because we went up the stairs. ''Here is your privet room Mr Diaz. A waitress will come and take your order in a little while.'' She said and we thanked her. 

''Here you go miss.'' Eddie said as he opened a chair for me and I giggled sitting down. ''Well thank you sir.'' I said back and Eddie sat down as well. We just looked at the menu for a while and when the waitress came to us we ordered and then I just looked at the room we were in. ''How much did it cost for you to get this room?'' I asked a little worried. 

''Oh you just have to put the request in and if the owner approves you only have to pay for the food.'' Eddie said and I smiled. ''I love this place. Maybe we can take Hen's and Karen's tradition.'' I said not really thinking about it. ''You think we will have anniversary's?'' Eddie asked me smirking.

My eyes went wide as I understood what I had said. ''Oh mhhh yes I would hope so. Isn't why we are here?'' I said and Eddie still smirked. ''Yeah but somehow it is still a shock for me that you see an actual future for us. I hurt you so much and I'm a mess. You are amazing and I can't believe this is real. I'm forever going to be sorry.'' He told me and I smiled. ''Don't worry about it. It is all in the past. This is the new start for us.'' I said taking a sip from my wine. 

After the dinner Eddie drove me back to my house. ''Thank you for tonight. I loved it.'' I said at my front door. ''Would you like to come inside?'' I asked and Eddie nodded. ''I have a free night so....wine?'' He asked. I opened the door letting both of us in, I walked to the kitchen but when I turned around I saw Eddie looking at me. ''You look amazing, I think I forgot to tell you.'' He said taking my hands and pulling me to a hug.
