1:23 pm, New York City

Honks and loud clatters wake you up these days. NYC is indeed a busy place, only proving that it never sleeps. Well, today was not like the rest. You're surprised you hadn't woken up earlier, reading till dawn sure did knock you dead.

The much-awaited tour had started two months ago, explaining your current location. After the 2-day back-to-back concert in Seoul, you headed straight to America.

Before leaving Korea, Bang PD had set up a meeting for both of you. Since this was your first time joining the members in a tour, he had briefed you regarding your role for the entire tour, most especially when overseas. Aside from your usuals (being a support the members could lean on whenever they need it, being their very own cheerleader even when they already have millions of fans cheering for them, and just being with them 24/7), he also assigned you to overlook everything—must sure that all goes according to plan and that it goes smoothly for the boys. So, going an extra mile, for the past months, you've been lending a hand in the wardrobe and makeup team whenever you can, whenever the members didn't need assistance in something else.

The other agenda of the meeting was your contract. You only had four months left on your existing one contract, meaning that it would lapse while the tour was ongoing. So, Bang PD had proposed a five-year (no cancellation) contract. The CEO didn't want to rush you into signing anything right then and there so he informed you that you could sign it anytime you want to; he just wanted to let you know that an offer stands.

What's with the hesitation?, one might ask. It's not that you're doubting wanting to be with BTS, it's more like you're overwhelmed. You're beyond honored that the CEO, himself, handpicked you and personally offered you a long-term contract. In a heartbeat, you would automatically just sign it without thinking. But one must understand the seriousness of this commitment—it's not just all fun, it has pressure come with it as well. Besides, you don't even know what food you want for your next meal, so what more to being tied down for half a decade, right? It's definitely not something you could just decide on a whim; it's a serious matter and must not be taken hastily. On another note, you also need to take into consideration if the members still want you—for all you know, they're already tired of you. Looking at how they interacted with Kate the previous days, they might even be regretting getting you instead of her all along.

The head of the company noticed your worries, so he reiterated that you have a hundred percent control on this matter; whatever you decide will be alright with him. But, he truthfully admitted that if it were him to decide, he really hopes you'd stick around. He expressed how much he likes you being around the members, very much liking your effect on them. It swelled your heart and you're almost swayed by his words...but again, you still need to give this much thought.

So, in the meantime, you two had agreed to temporarily extend it for another three months and have an indepth discussion about this once you come back from the US and Europe leg. It seemed fitting since your contract (existing four months + three additional) expires exactly when you come back to the country, right before the Asia leg starts. Hopefully by then, you already thought it through.

It's already been two months and by now, you thought you'd already have an answer, but surprisingly it hadn't even crossed your mind once with how hectic everything was. Tours are no joke. The past two months had been eventful—workwise. Concerts after concerts were done, making the members jolly and excited to finally perform in front of their fans again. It's been so long, so they really did miss the feeling. However, it's not all fireworks and celebrations. Already knowing that the members exhaust their limits in every performance, they would literally pass out after almost every concert. Behind the cameras and the sea of audience, the members are dead tired. Making them your priority, the contract was shoved in the back of your mind.
