"Katie?" Kaminari asked as he sat down at the lunch table with his friends.

"Yes! Katie, a girl I like from general studies!" Sero frantically spoke as he stepped on Kirishima's foot.

"Mhm... Katie.." Kirishima had groaned as he leaned on Bakugou for support.

"Oh, so what do you like about her?" Sero smiled to himself as he picked at his food. "Oh!"

"It's not a big deal, I'm sure these feelings will pass. Besides, H--She probably doesn't like me like that."

"Oh, don't be silly! Anyone would like you!" Kaminari smiled brightly as he took a bit of his food. "You're amazing and you have such a powerful quirk! And you're funny, just as long as she doesn't steal you away from me then I support!"

Sero smiled. Oh he definitely wouldn't be stolen.

"Kami." Sero spoke as he rested his head on the other's chest.

He was high.

"What's up?"

"I'm thinking about asking Katie out." Sero blew out a breath of the smoke which landed in his friend's face.

He failed to see his smile faulter. "Really?"

Sero just hummed in agreement as Denki took his drugs away.

"Go for it! Is she cute?" Kaminari asked, biting his lip.

"Oh, she's amazing. She's beautiful and funny, she's talented but kinda dumb. That's just what makes her unique."

Feeling jealousy boil inside of him, Kaminari tried his best to ignore it. "Cute!"

"I'm so glad I met her, she really brought out the best in me." Sero smiled to himself as he thought about Kaminari, not realizing he was till going along with the whole 'Kate' or whatever her name was.

"That's great Sero."

"And her eyes, they're this beautiful gold for that just compliments her aesthetic in a way I've never seen done before."

"She sounds like a keeper!"

"She is, she definitely is..."

"Well what are you eating for? Go ask her out!" Kaminari said as he struggled to hold it in.

"Okay." Sero got up and he felt his heart sink. But then he turned around. "Will you go out with me?"

Silence until he got it, it clicked.

Denki stared up at him in awe. "Yeah.."

Sero smiled before an idea came to him.

"You think Katie will say that?" Immediately, Denki deflated.

"Don't do that!" Kaminari punched the other in the shoulder.

Sero only laughed as he got on the bed, towering over the blonde. "I'm messing with you, Denks."

Sero had Kaminari wrapped in his arms the entire night after that.

And Kaminari, for once was happy.

"And that, kids--" A small sneeze cut Sero off as his daughter sat on the arm of the sofa. "Is how I met your mother."

"Yay! I love that story, daddy." His son smiled, dreaming as he laid on his shoulder.

"Yeah!" His daughter followed as stared up at her dad in awe. "When is papa coming home?"

Sero glanced over at the news paper hung on the fridge.

'Pro Hero Chargebolt, also known as Kaminari Denki missing, last seen on a mission with Dynamite before he was knocked unconscious. The number one hero has no idea what happened to our electric hero.'

Sero scowled.
