Third Person's POV

It was already morning. Sunghoon barely had any sleep. He don't have plans to go to school. And he knows that Heeseung will understand it.

Because when he went downstairs, he saw the five, sitting in the living room.

"What are you guys doing here?"

The five turned to him. Sunoo stood up.

"We heard about Jake hyung. And before you could even speak. No. WE WILL FIND HIM WITH YOU. DON'T ARGUE WITH IT. THAT'S FINAL."

They were supposed to go outside when Sapphire entered the room.

"What a pleasant day your ladyship."

The five greeted her. She nodded. Turning to Sunghoon, she motioned them to sit down. Sitting in front of them she spoke.

"I am here to stop you, at this moment, with what you're going to do."

Sunghoon stood up.

"Forgive me my lady but my mate is missing. Along with the disappearance of a nectarean. I can't just sit here."

Sapphire looked at him.

"Listen to me Sunghoon. What's supposed to happen, needs to happen. And we can't do anything about it."

"But your ladyship. HE IS MISSING. I CAN'T JUST SIT HERE AND WAIT FOR NOTHING."

Sapphire looked at him, vampires turn their eyes red whenever they use authority, but her eyes turned blue. Because she's an oracle. She's chosen.

"Spare me your time and listen to me Sunghoon."

Sunghoon sat down again. They can't argue with her the moment she used her authority. If she wanted to, she can read their thoughts like an open book.

Sapphire is respected. As she can see the future. But not every detail.

"Let me tell you a story."

'My mate's missing and she's going to do storytelling.'

Sapphire glanced at Sunghoon, she continued.

"I was once a normal vampire like all of you. Well, except for the young man beside Jay at this moment. And as a normal vampire that I am, I also had my mate."

That's when Sunghoon stopped. Sapphire never mentioned any about her life. They just knew that she was the chosen one and that's it.

Sapphire recalled as she let the flashbacks happen.

Sapphire can still recall everything. As if everything just happened yesterday.

"Ethan was gone. And I thought I'm going to be crazy. It may be is painful to be rejected. But the pain of your mate dying is worse. I loved him. I really did. But the moment he died, I saw images on my mind. And that's when I realized that I was the chosen one."

She turned to look at them.

"You can't change what's about to happen. Whatever it will be, it needs to happen. You can't stop it."

She stood up.

"Now is the time for everyone to search. I can't see where he is or who took him, but I will accompany you to find him."

The five stood up immediately, rushing they went outside, starting their search for Jake.
