"We have to figure something out, I've got at least 7 spare rooms she can live in. Theres no way I'm letting one of my friends live in an alley while I'm stupid rich."
Sam was pacing back and forth in her room, her friends sitting on her bed trying to calm her. She was getting loud and it was 2 in the morning.
"Look, Sam, none of us are happy about this, and we wanna help as well," Danny said, standing up to face her. "But we can't just go up to her and say 'hey we followed you and found out you were homeless, wanna crash at your place of work for an undisclosed amount of time?'"
Sam sighed, her shoulders dropping with her voice. "I guess your right, but we still have to do something."
"Maybe you can just offer a room, like in general." Sam and Danny looked at Tucker with confusion. "Like just say 'hey if you ever need a place to stay or just wanna not be home, I have a spare room, you're always welcome' y'know? That way you're technically doing something, and we don't have to reveal that we know anything. If she asks, just say you noticed she was a bit off yesterday."
Sam took a moment to process his words, before smiling. "That actually works out great, thanks Tuck."
"Any time."
After a few more minutes chatting, the two boys said goodnight and left, leaving Sam to ponder how she was going to breach the subject, hoping her friend wouldn't figure out that she knew.
She just hoped Eldra wouldn't be mad.
