Fight

Jack POV

"Pitch Black." Me and Jade hissed simultaneously.

"Ironic, isn't it? How you think you have no fear," He sneered at us.

Jade scoffed bravely and lit both of her hands on fire. "We don't,"

"Flame girl! It has been centuries! Sadly you weren't there on my last battle."

We both growled at him; And by this time I had already aimed my staff to him.

"What do you want, Pitch?" I growled and he pulled up a sinister smile.

"Your fear, Jack." He said confidently.

"I'm not afraid of you," I hissed at him.

"Oh?" He laughed slowly. "What about..." He pretended to think. "Afraid of losing your mate?" He growled at the word 'mate' and I widened my eyes, looking at Jade.

She looked at me worriedly, her lips pursing to a frown. The fire on her hands were starting to get dim with Pitch's harrassment, and so was my hold at my staff.

"Yes!" He laughed suddenly, and we both turned our attention back to him. "Thats the fear I'm looking for!"

He laughed again.

Before I knew it I heard Jade screaming. I look at her and saw her surrounded with thick smoke, signs of flame inside it, trying to break free from the smoke cage.

"Jade!" I shouted over her screaming. Pitch was beside me in an instant, laughing.

"Release her!" I fired my frost but he dodged it easily. I couldn't hear Jade's voice anymore, and the smoke engulfed her flames completely. Finally I heard her growl menacingly.

"You want me to release her?" He chuckled and gestured to the dark smoke. "Have her,"

I watched as the smoke subsided and a different looking Jade stepped out of it. Her pupils was bright red, and she was growling at me.

"What did you do to her?!" I hissed as Jade crouched to my direction like a lioness stalking her prey. "Oh I just added a touch to her. Just a touch of fear, Jack." He laughed slowly.

Jade lunged at me gracefully, knocking my staff out of my hand.

She growled and punched me, but I dodged it.

"Jade! Stop!" I tried to reason with her as she tried to punch me over and over.

"Jade, please!" I begged as I dodged yet another punch.

"Jade! Listen to me!" I rolled us over and pinned her to the ground with all the force I have.

"Screw you!" She cursed and lit her hand on fire, then she touched my chest, causing me to back away in pain. She lunged again at me; Slapping me hard on the face.

This girl is playing rough alright.

I had nothing else to do but fight back. I choked her neck, and she croaked at me, trying to burn me.

She managed to burn me though, but the pain didn't stop me from fighting. I pinned her on the ground again, cupping her face as hard as I could.

"Jade! Couldn't you just get back from the dark side?!" I yelled at her face and her pupils dilated.

"Come back!" I yelled again, my hands were now freezing her skin.

"Come back to me!" I shook her body and she blinked.

I thought I had her but my hope was erased when she growled at me.

"Screw you!" She yelled back at me.
