You are the only person that I want to spend the rest of my life with. The one that I want to wake up next to in bed. The one that I want to experience different things with. You are the only one for me. The only one.
But what did you do to me? I thought that there was something happening between the two of us? I thought we were both on the same page about the idea of you and I? What happened? I never expected for us to be like this? I still love you with all my heart and you know that. You are the only lesson that I need, you will never be the mistake that I made because it's you. It's all you that I want.
Please come back to me. I want you back in my arms and make me feel like I'm worth something again.
Lauren finished her note and stared at it for what felt like ages. She sat in front of her computer desk, contemplating whether or not she will send that letter she just wrote to the person that she loved, the only person she will ever love. She quickly rummages in her purse, in search for her packet of cigarettes. The green-eyed girl having picked up the habit after Camila walked out of her life.
After successfully locating her packet of cigarettes in her purse, Lauren puts the stick in between her teeth and quickly changes her attention to look for the lighter somewhere on her desk, lost in the scattered paper. She frustratedly removed the papers and grabbed the lighter hastily to light the cigarette trapped in between her teeth. The fire from the lighter quickly ignited the cigarette as Lauren hungrily sucked in the smoke and let it out by sighing heavily.
"What the fuck Lauren. She's not gonna take you back, for fuck sakes get over her." Lauren mumbled to herself angrily. She then holds her head in between her hands and leaned on the table, frustrated with herself and her choices.

"Babe." Camila called out after observing her girlfriend who sat happily across her, talking to their friends.
"Yeah?" Lauren returned, smiling brightly at Camila. She looked at the girl of her dreams right across her with the most deepest affection for her. She looked directly into the hazel eyes that loved her equally as much as she loves Camila.
Camila didn't say anything instead she stood up and held out a hand for Lauren to take.
Lauren looked up at Camila with a puzzled expression on her face.
"Ohh, seven minutes in heaven aye Mila?" Dinah teased.
Instead of saying a word and rebut against Dinah, Camila smirked at Dinah and looked back at her girlfriend who still hasn't taken her hand.
"Come on Lauren." Camila groaned. "I need to show you something." She then added.
Lauren took hold of her girlfriend's hand and walked out of the assembled group with their hands entwined together and comments flying all over the place as they both walk out.
"Where are you taking me?" Lauren asked.
It's been years since the two girls took their friendship to a new level. They've been the best of friends for 5 years, they've shared so many thoughts and feeling with another and surely know how to make each one happy in their deepest and darkest time.
Once they finally came to a stop, under an old oak tree, Camila gestured for Lauren to sit down on the grass with her.
They didn't say anything with one another, theirs hands wrapped around each other loosely. Camila's head leaned on to Lauren's chest, looking up at the dark sky, where the moon shines brightly in the sea of stars.
