Chapter two: thoughts

It was the end of the day finally, Chloe sighed heavily as she put her books back into her locker. Tom sneakily came up behind her and pinched her side "hey chlo!" Chloe jumped almost slapping Tom right in his smug face, Chloe turned turned to him and put on her fakest smile yet "hello Tom.." Chloe said through clenched teeth. Tom laughed "I need to ask you a teensy little favor babe." Tom said leaning against Chloe's locker again messing up her pink stickers on her locker. Chloe sighed "what is it Tom?" Tom smiled "well can you tell all your cheerleader babes that I'm having a party tonight and they should invite people for me and bring their sexy selfs." Tom said suggestively to Chloe. Chloe rolled her eyes at Tom "fine, is that it?" Tom nodded "thanks! Oh! And you can come to I invited everyone." Tom said smiling and leaving Chloe, with her mouth gaping. "That fucking douche bag!" Chloe whispered hotly to herself.

Chloe finally arrived at her house "hey mom..?" Chloe shouted into the empty mansion. Chloe huffed as she walked over to the refrigerator and saw a note left for her, from her mom. It read: "dear Chloe, I will be gone for the weekend, I have a very important case in Toronto. Don't worry I put enough money in your bank account to last you a year so, I'll see you when I get home, love your loving mother. P.s. Be good!" Chloe sighed and grabbed her food and headed upstairs to listen to music in her room alone.

Chloe fell asleep as soon as she laid down, she was startled awake by her doorbell ringing continuously nonstop. Chloe groaned and ran downstairs "I'm coming!" Chloe finally reached the end of the stairs and opened the door, it was Stacie. "Chloe! What are you still doing here?! Toms party started thirty minutes ago." Stacie said pushing Chloe aside and entering her house without permission. Chloe rolled her eyes at Stacie and shut the door behind her "yes stace, please come in." Chloe said sarcastically. Stacie giggled "oh sorry. Well are you gonna go or not?" Stacie asked her grabbing a water from the refrigerator and sitting on Chloe's couch looking up at her. Chloe sighed and shrugged at Stacie "I don't know stace, it's a school night." Chloe said plopping down next to her on the couch. Stacie turned to Chloe an pouted at her "please Chloe! I wanted to have fun with you and Aubrey, and guess what Ms. Stick up my ass is already there!" Stacie whine to chloe. Chloe laughed "don't call her that stace...it's more like a log stuck up there." Stacie giggled loudly, then turned towards Chloe and had her serious face on "look at me chlo." Chloe looked up at Stacie smiling amused at her. "Don't smile at me missy, I'm trying to be serious here!" Stacie whined. Chloe laughed and nodded putting on her serious face as well "okay go ahead." Stacie nodded "okay...what I want you to do is get your ass up and get sexy for yourself and go have an awesome time, because you said you were stressed, and it's no normal to be stressed on the first day of school, so please get up and let's have some fun!" Chloe laughed and nodded "fine. I'll go. But I won't like it." Chloe said muttering under her breath as she slowly went up the stairs to change. "There's the spirt!" Stacie shouted.

Chloe came down her stairs wearing white skinny jeans, a dark blue tank top, and her black heels on. Stacie wolf whistled at her, "way to go ginger." Stacie said nodding approvingly at Chloe's outfit, looking her up and down. Chloe laughed as she twirled for Stacie, Stacie laughed and got off Chloe's couch "come on, let's go show Tom what he's missing." Stacie said grabbing Chloe's hand and basically dragging Chloe out of her house, Chloe barely managed to lock her house Stacie grabbed her so fast.

Beca walked into her home, just com wing back from her routine run, and heard nothing but her dad's favorite television show on. He smiled as she saw her dad sleeping with the remote in his hand with popcorn on his lap. Beca slowly grabbed the remote from his hand an turned to turn off the television. As soon as beca turned off the television her dad woke with a start "hey I was watching that missy." Beca's dad said yawning in the middle of his lecture to beca. Beca rolled her eyes "of course you would wake up as soon as I turn off te t.v. Beca's dad laughed "you know noise helps me sleep...anyway why arn't you at the Todd's party right now?" Beca's dad asked her frowning. Beca huffed "dad I don't wanna go to some lame jocks party." Beca whined while walking into the kitchen and grabbing a water bottle to tame her thirst. Beca's dad stood up and grabbed te popcorn bowl out of his lap and proceeded to throw the popcorn away and start away at the dishes that were piling up in the sink. "Come on becs, just go for me...? I don't want to see you go theough what your m-" beca's dad stopped mid sentance to sniffle. Beca looked at him guilty and huffed "alright dad! I'll go. But I promise you I won't like it." Beca's dad looked at her smiling wide "thanks becky!" Beca huffed and headed upstairs to shower and get changed for this ridiculous party.
