They were only a few customers there but all of them looked suspicious. Some of their clothing spoke Fatui which concerned the tianquan more. But at the far side, there were locals eating peacefully.

The four sat at the table which looked like it was prepared already minutes ago but the food was still warm. It was grand, the crab was massive which made Beidou's mouth water. But she ignored her hunger to focus on the plan she thought off within a second.

The captain sat Beside Ningguang and Andrei since the table was round. Changyin sat at their opposite direction. The manager was still quiet, wanting to go away from the mess his sister made.

"So," Changyin started with a delightful smile on her face, "How should we start?" she looked at each of their emotionless faces.

All of them were silent as Beidou ate the food that was on her plate. Leaving Ningguang to do the talking when it was the other's plan all along. She nudged her arm but she seemed not to notice, "We are here to stop the marriage." she blurted it out, keeping the steadiness on her voice.

Changyin clicked her tongue, "That is impossible." she scoffed, waving the paper at them, "You just can't stay away from this." she flashed a devilish smile.

Beidou was still busy munching down her food, making Ningguang pissed at how the other only wanted to feast down, "Changyin," she started coldly, "What you are doing is a crime." she wanted to make her feel intimidated but it does not seem to work somehow.

She rolled her eyes, "Whatever that is," shrugging off, snatching the crab's pincers, "Andrei is willing to be your lawful husband and I guarantee you, it will be the best." Ningguang grimaced at this.

At last, the captain spoke, "Andrei is quiet," she wiped off the sauce on her lips, "Let's hear it from him." she said calmly as she drank the cold water, which disappointed her since she wanted a cold beer.

Andrei stammered, "W-Whatever Changyin w-wants," he almost choked when he jabbered, "I-I'll accept, o-of course.." but he didn't look happy about it.

Beidou was disappointed at Andrei who she knew all along by the times she was always visiting the bank to pay for her fines. Andrei was someone to look up to but this time, he looked someone you will never respect from now on.

The Fatui woman clapped her brother's back, almost sending him slam at the plate, "That's my brother!" she said proudly then looking at the captain with a frown, "Unlike someone who had never really engaged her partner." she coughed, a different meaning.

Beidou fell silent, "Cat got your tongue too?" she laughed, "You two aren't engaged then." there was hope on her voice like it is possible for her brother to marry the confused tianquan.

The captain plopped down her chin at her hands, "Woman, you are not the author of our story," her tone changed, "You have no rights to order our relationship around." she gave her a sly smile.

Changyin laughed bitterly, "It's not me who stupidly signed the contract," she snapped, gazing over at Ningguang who only examined and listened to them.

"You tricked me," she said through gritted teeth. Her life would not be as complicated as this if it weren't for Changyin.

Changyin ran her hands through the table sheet, "What can I say? I am a fatui." she flashed her favorite devilish smile again, "It's not like I do good things." she looked over them stupidly.

Beidou balled her fists way too hard her knuckles almost turned white, "Bastard," she muttered under her breath, the calm leaving her body, "Well, as her partner. I won't let you take her away from me." she smirked, handling the situation better now.
