Upon hearing the news, the others are still shocked and also started jumping into conclusions. Meanwhile, Ningguang found herself spacing out entirely as they traveled at the Golden house, as per the letter that was delivered all of a sudden. The news affected her the most, not wanting to believe at such statement as that. She couldn't imagine herself living alone in this world that she wished to experience with her one and only love. But now that she learned that she's gone, or what she has heard, she suddenly lost interest in continuing to strive for her life.

Her eyes are puffed, almost balling them out from the grievance. She stared at the scenery again, the road kind of bumpy so she would always hit her elbow against the cart's wall. As she stared, her mind was full of thoughts. Thinking how could possibly Beidou be gone just like that or perhaps how did she end up being on that kind of state? She wondered even more, connecting the dots again even though she finds it useless for she is already late.

She first pondered about the suspicious Tianxuan showing up on their ship and started throwing out accusations, ending with Beidou being taken away and held custody elsewhere. Second is Yanfei showing up to have a word with Beidou supposedly but finds out that she's taken away by one member of the Liyue Qixing. She felt weird because first of all, if the Tianxuan already went to their place in order to capture Beidou so Yanfei isn't really needed to come there and should have straightly went at the supposed location. Also the fact that Yanfei is very intelligent, she would also wonder the same as Ningguang.

But something really bothered her the most. She does not understand why they are now holding a trial when they suspected the captain's death, she felt like her head would explode from all of the conclusions.

Ningguang looked so pale at this time. Ganyu recalls the moment wherein her boss had ran away from the harbor, "Miss Ningguang, would you like some glass of water?" she worriedly asked from behind the cart.

"No thanks." she emotionlessly said, sounding like Qiqi.

The cart now stopped in front of a beautiful and huge place. They all went down and started pacing along the entrance, silence following them. Despite the beauty of this place, it is somehow being surrounded by a dark mysterious energy.

She could feel herself passing out as she tries to move her legs. At this very time, she's still unable to process the news that she heard a while ago on that ship. Even though Yanfei wasn't straightforward in regards of that, she felt her one and only fear started awakening from its nest. Wanting to escape from this insoluble dilemma of grievance.

The three of them hesitated to enter the building, only Yanfei having the courage to do so. As you are seeing, the kids did not come for they are not invited since the only ones who are invited are those who are part of their govern. This made them feel nervous as something serious as this never happened within a decade.

When Yanfei pushed the doors, the two went in slowly and peeked at both directions while Ningguang still stood rooted at one spot, spacing out. When she realized the state she is in, she jumped with a start and started dragging her numb body all the way in. At this moment, Yanfei grabs the chance to spill her one peculiar clue, "Miss Ningguang, as I have mentioned earlier," she started and looked at her straight in the eyes, "Never believe on a one sided story." she whispered, having that weird tone on her voice before flashing one warm smile.

Then she beckoned the two to follow her downstairs when they have been investigating one spot on the floor wherein it looked like it has been cleaned a few times. Ningguang did not know why her whole body felt relaxed somehow. But she shook her head and followed them before turning to have a last look of the first floor, feeling as though something dreadful had happened.
