"I'm sorry for dragging you in this to babysit my little brother Aether." Childe laughs as he scratches the back of his neck, smiling nervously as he was forced to listen to Paimon's lecture. Aether just lets out a sigh while glancing over the landscape to see Teucer with an unfamiliar male.
"Who's that?" He alerted the two and readied his sword before he was stopped by a hand in front of him. He confusedly looked at Childe who had a grim expression on his face before breaking into a cheerful smile.
"Yoo-hoo Y/N! Over here!" Childe hollered for the two to come close and he let Teucer hug you while introducing you to the traveler and his companion. Seeing you made his day a hundred times better with all of the paperwork he had to deal with and the debt collection he has to do. His list only piled up when his little brother snuck into Liyue without any notice and he just can't really do anything without worrying about his brother discovering the truth about him and his job.
"Y/N! I was just talking to you about Mr. Nice Guy over here!" Teucer happily drags you to leave the Northland Bank to admire the streets of Liyue Harbor while Childe discusses with Aether on what to do next and how to please his little brother.
You always enjoyed looking after Teucer whenever you visited Snezhnaya and Childe was thankful that you entered his life. Things go by smoothly with you on board and the extra set of hands for his siblings were very much welcomed.
Teucer enjoyed listening to Childe's stories of his business trip and enjoyed every new toy he was gifted with. His childlike dreams were like wonders to you and you glanced at Childe to see how he tries so hard to defend them.
"Even if one day those dreams were to shatter in front of him I don't know if I want that person to break it to be me or to be someone else." The distance from his eyes and the sad smile he gave you was everything you needed to know to do your best to make sure Teucer lives in his dream for as long as he can.
"What do you want to do today, Teucer?" You smile deep down when you hear how he wants to see what Liyue is like and turn around to see Aether and Paimon sighing with a very smiley Childe. He seemed very satisfied with his work and waved goodbye before asking you to follow him.
"I'll catch up to you guys! Just go be with Mr. Nice Guy okay?" You flash a small apologetic look before jogging over to Childe as he tells you where he's going to be at for the meantime.
