04. The cave

Bellamy ran to untie her when someone jumped out with a sward and it seemed at if wanting to hit him. Lucky we brought rider along and he sliced the mans head off. Blood splattering all around the place. Another two men jump out I so happen to have noticed one running off into the forest. Rider took care to the two that were in the cave. So much for doing better and living in peace.

It seems as if history always has a way of repeating itself. No matter what we do where we go death is a part of it. In our defense we didn't instigate this. We are are just looking for a home, a place we can call our own, raise our kids and live life. After all life is about more than just surviving.

Bellamy unties Octavia and picks her up since she is still unconscious. "We need to head back to the ship she might need medical attention asap."

We all returned to the ship leaving the body's of the men in the cave. I would have left a note too but we don't have any paper with us and that might seem as I am trying to mock them and as someone once said to me 'Mockery is not the product of a strong mind'.

Why did I keep doing this to myself. I knew that every time I thought of Lexa I would cry and yet here I am thinking about her. Lexa is more than just someone i fucked. I thought I loved Finn that is until I met Lexa. Lexa is the most intriguing, fun, energetic, smart, loving person I know and I would do anything to see her one last time.

I didn't understand love until I fell for her. Madi that's a whole different kind of love. The love that I have for Madi is totally different from the love I have for Lexa. I love Madi as my daughter as if she were my blood but Lexa...she was and still is my soulmate, my other half and it sucks that I looked for it for so long to find her and loose her.

We got to the ship and my mom took Octavia for an examination while we discuss the possibility of these people becoming a threat.

"We did step onto there land you know" Murphy shouldn't even be in here.

"Yeah Bellamy I hate to agree with Murphy but his right" Murphy has a point what reason have they given us to actually kill them and assume they want the worst. If anything that guys sward was turned around and the most he would of done was knock Bellamy out.

"Bellamy think about it, they didn't harm you or Murphy and my mom said it looked as if they were treating Octavia's wound. We did just kill two of there people for no reason. The possibility of us being now the reason for war is high and we need to fix it"

I know it sounds stupid but we need to go back to the cave and find out what these people are. We need to find out where they come from, is there food here and who is there leader we need to know everything about them and start by going back to the smallest clue

"Clarke you going I am going with you" Octavia came in room and stood in the door frame "these people remind me of the grounders and I could swear I heard them speak Trig"

Trig. How. These people get more and more interesting by the hour. I never thought much about it but why were they so similar to the grounders and if what Octavia says is true then we are in for hell of a ride.

"Okay Bellamy, Echo, Octavia, Rider and Indra you are coming with me. Emori you and Murphy will head back up to the main ship and tell Raven we need her and Jorden but you two stay up in the main ship okay and take my mother with you"

We headed out once again and on our way to the cave we didn't care much about the time since it was less than a two days walk to the cave although with the time we landed it might be a two day journey what we were pre-paring for was another attach or at lest another run in with these people.

We have been walking for a few hours and it's about time we set up camp since the sun has already set and we need some rest. I take back what I said earlier about this is less than two days walk with this group it's definitely a three day mission. Everyone did more talking and caching up than walking really and I think at that moment everyone forgot about what happen a few moments ago and a few months...well I mean years ago.

The walk felt like it would never end everything looked the same, smelled the same I was just over this, not to mention the tension between the group that later kicked in. Indra and Echo were still pissed at Octavia and I don't blame them and Bellamy I don't know he seems to be fine with her but he also had this kind of look in his eye as if he was disappointment as if his child broke a glass and didn't tell him about it. We finally reached the cave and as soon as we entered the cave a surprise awaited us.

We all just entered the cave and someone grabbed us and tied our hands. The place we should of exspected a attacking we didn't. They take us further into the cave and tie us all up against a weird log in the middle of the cave.

It seemed as if there were about 3 people here besides me and the rest. Two tied us up and it looked as if the third was telling them what to do. Maybe that was there...no if it was there leader he would be asking to talk to our leader. The two that tied us up walked over to the third awaiting there next instruction.

I tried to listen to there conversation over Octavia shouting for them to let us go, Bellamy trying break through his restraints and Echo trying to convince them it's no use, as for Indra she carefully observed the guys I think she could see what I saw and I think she herd what I herd.

The two guys came over to us and the next thing I knew I was knocked out and everything went black.
