The eggs didn't do anything else for a while, it had been another two days and silver was waiting for the egg to do the toy hovering trick again, they were currently in the kitchen making lunch when suddenly the egg started to hover over to silver, "bliss the egg is hovering now!!!! geese how many more days until it hatches?" silver stated as he put up a small fenced in area so the egg couldn't go hovering off into a different part of the house, "well its day 7 so 3 more days to go id say!" bliss stated as knuckles was well on his way to becoming frustrated that his egg was doing nothing at all not even a movement or two while silvers egg was doing all sorts of things, he was currently looking at the hovering egg as it hovered around the fenced in area of the living room, "how is it doing that silver? doesn't it creep you out?" knuckles asked as silver walked over to knuckles and chuckled as he shook his head, "nope doesnt creep me out at all cause i can do that to see?" silver stated as he used his powers to hover off of the ground, knuckles just rolled his eyes and grumbled as he returned to watching over his egg that was still wrapped up in the safety of its nesting blanket.
Early the next morning bliss and silver awoke to knuckles freaking out about something, silver looked at the clock and stated to bliss, "ugh its 5 am what the heck has freaked him out now?" bliss shrugged as they walked over to were knuckles had been sleeping on the sofa and he was in full blown panic mode, "guys its moving!!! what the hell does that mean?!!" knuckles yelled as bliss knelt down and sure enough the egg that knuckles had been watching over so carefully and keeping warm was rocking back and forth by itself, "well its day 8 its probably trying to tell us that its getting ready to hatch soon knuckles, so just relax sweetie," bliss reassured him as he kept staring at the egg in concern and wonder, as bliss and silver got back to the bedroom they found silvers egg hovering ontop of the bedding, "speaking of which it looks like this little one is doing the same thing!" silver stated with a tired chuckle as he picked up the hovering egg and got back under the warm blankets with it. "I think these two are gonna be quite the handful once they hatch" bliss stated with a giggle as silver smiled at her and replied "yeah since there already this active who knows what kind of things there gonna get into after they hatch!"
