Part 30: & A Bat Makes 3?

As bliss stood up and snuggled the small still sleeping infant she gently placed it in one of the cradles and told everyone to go back to sleep and that they would be able to handle things better in the daytime. The next morning bliss was up makeing breakfast for her family when silver stated, "woah! bliss come look at this! its got wings!!!" bliss walked over to sure enough find that the infant that shadow had left with them was happly sleeping in the cradle with a pair of pink bat wings tightly wrapped around its small body, its fur was a lot like its fathers with it being black and red, "awwww thats soo cute!" bliss stated as she softly stroked the infants head thus getting a small squeak from the still sleeping baby. "so i guess its part hedgehog and part bat! you know since its parents are shadow and rouge" silver stated to bliss as she nodded in agreeance, "ya i wonder if its a boy or a girl? heck did shadow even tell us its name?" knuckles asked in curiosity as bliss and silver though that question over only to realize that he didn't tell them anything about a possible name for the tiny baby, "hey maby theres a baby name in the bag!' bliss stated as she ran over to the baby bag that shadow had given her and she started to look through it only to find nothing, "theres no name in here guys...should we name it for them?" bliss asked as the guys simply shrugged at her and nodded, "hmmm whats a good name for this tiny one...." bliss asked outloud as she carefully checked the infants gender while it continued to sleep away peacefuly in the cradle, "well what about ebony!" knuckles stated as he was stareing at the small sleeping infant "or even better! KNUCKLES JR!!!" knuckles stated as silver face palmed and shook his head, "no pal were not naming it knuckles jr but ebony does have a nice ring to it! bliss what do you think?" silver asked as bliss though the name over and  nodded and stated "that is a great name but due to HER parents being rouge and shadow what if we name her ebony the rouge shadow?!" the guys though about it and nodded, "hey that name is perfect for her bliss! isn't it knuckles?" silver stated as he hugged bliss happily, "ya and I'm glad that bliss checked that baby's gender instead of me having to do that!" knuckles stated as bliss rolled her eyes and pulled him into the hug as well.
