SOULMATE AU

Park Sunghoon

Everyone was born with a mark on their wrists, this mark was black and unique, my one was a pretty little dove and it was quite small and very hard to see.

Once you had found your soulmate, your mark would change colours, into either your favourite colour or maybe even your soulmates favourite colour, sometimes it would even change colour frequently, depending on the person's favourite colour.

Today was just the same as alway, borning and dull, the weather was cold and horrible, so that just made everything ten times worse.

I had stayed over at my best friend, Yuha's house because we had a sleepover but unfortunately for us, we both slept through our alarms and now we were late for school.

The two of us quickly and carefully changed into our school uniforms and rushed off to school, literally running down the streets to get to school.

We arrived and the two of us headed off to our first period class, which just so happens to be English, the class we both hated the most and the class that had the most strict teacher in the whole school, meaning that he was going to yell at us.

"You two are very late" He scolded the two of us as we loudly and abruptly entered the class, we both looked at each other then back at the teacher, he only sighed and waved for us to go to our seats, which we did.

"Why are you two late today, huh?" Our friend, Jungwon, turned around and looked at the two of us whilst whispering.

"We slept through our alarms" We whispered back and motioned for him to turn back around and face the front of the class before the teacher caught us and scolded us again, or even giving us a detention for talking too much.

After classes were finished for the day, both Yuha and I headed back to my house, where we dropped off our bags and headed up to my room, changing into some nicer clothes.

After changing into nicer clothes, the two of us headed down into my kitchen and racked through my fridge and the cupboards, only to find no food to eat, which confused me as the food was all there yesterday.

"Where the heck- wait a second! Jay probably took it for him and Jake! God dammit Jay! Let's go and get that food back!" I suggested and Yuha agreed, she and Jay had known each other for years as she was my best friend and she should always come round for sleepovers and to study.

The two of us quickly and angrily made our way up the stairs and down the small hallways to the front of Jay's room and I slammed his door open, startling the boys inside of the room.

"Jay. Give me the snacks back! They were for me and Yuha to share! Not for your fat ass!" I walked up to him and slapped his shoulder to which me only rolled his eyes and crossed his arms, the two other boys looking very confused, well Jake was fine but the other boy was very confused.

"They are not for you two, mum said they were for Jake, Sunghoon and I to share so go and buy your own snacks" Jay was quick enough to retort back, to which my mouth dropped open and I looked at him with disbelief.

"Now if you'll kindly get out" Jay turned me around and pushed me out of his room, Yuha following behind me as she giggled at my facial expression, linking her arm with mine and taking me back into my own room, setting me down on my bed and grabbing my wrist.

"Don't worry, we can go and buy food later- wow! Holy heck! You've met your soulmate!" She quickly yelled and examined my wrist carefully, the colour of my mark had changed to white, my soulmates favourite colour.

"She what?! When?! Who?! And how?!" Jay suddenly burst through my door and looked at me in disbelief and shock, I only narrowed my eyes at him and shrugged my shoulders, his two friends joining us and standing behind Jay.

"Wait- what's your favourite colour again Y/N?" Yuha asked me with a soft smile, she clearly knew something so I looked at her with a skeptical look on my face, narrowing my eyes at her too.

"It's purple... Why?" I asked her cautiously before she stood up and walked over to that other boy, Sunghoon, she grabbed his wrist and pulled him over to me, showing me his wrist.

He had the same small little dove, except his one was purple, my favourite colour.

"No way! One of my best friends is my baby sisters soulmate, great!" Jay sarcastically stated and I only glared at him before rising to my feet, causing Sunghoon to slightly falter back but regain his balance again.

"Well. It seems to be that we are soulmates, it's nice to meet you Sunghoon, I am Y/N" I stuck my hand out for him and he took it hesitantly before shaking it and smiling slightly at me, his cheeks being a bright crimson pink.

"I think someone has taken a fancy to you Y/N" Jay commented, earning a glare from both Sunghoon and I as he chuckled and left the room with Jake.

"I am not third wheeling here!" Yuha quickly interrupted the two of us and Sunghoon chuckled before he waved and left the room, following both Jay and Jake, leaving my room and heading back over to Jay's room.

"Should we maybe ask them later if they want to all watch a movie with us?" Yuha suggested and I nodded my head frantically like and excited puppy, earning a giggle from Yuha.

She patted my head before she started to put on her jacket, I followed her actions and put my own jacket on too, before the two of us walked out of my room and down into the lounge.

"Where are you two going?" Jay suddenly asked us, I turned around and glared at him slightly before sighing at him.

"We are going out to get snacks since you three have the ones that we were going to eat" I sarcastically smiled at him before I turned to go and open the front door to leave.

"Wait for us, we'll come with you and when we get back, the five of us can watch stuff together, mum said she ain't coming home tonight since she has to work late" Jay told us and we nodded as the three boys disappeared to go and get their jackets and shoes on before they all appeared again and came down and in front of us.

I smiled at Sunghoon before I opened the front door and we all left, I locked the door behind us and we all left to grab snacks for the movie night.
