Fun last day

Dear Riki,

I know that I have been gone for a couple of days or weeks now but remmeber that you were the best thing to ever happen to me. I know that I was taken too soon and I didn't get to live the life we both dreamed of living together but at least we made some amazing memories together. Remember that you need to move on and go for your dreams because I want you to have the best life possible! You mean the world to me and I love you more than words can describe so keep fighting on and keep reaching for the stars. I still remmeber that day, the day you asked me to be your girlfriend, we were at the park, we were only 10 at the time but we both has the biggest crush on each other and our friends always teased us! We were playing hide and seek with our friends at the park whilst our parents left us to go and get us ice cream from the ice cream van, you and I decided to hide together because we were both the best at hide and seek so we went into the woods and climbed up a tree to hide from everyone. You held my hand and you told me you had a crush on me so I told you I did too. From that day on, we stayed by each others side, everytime a girl from school picked on me, you would always try and fight them so I would have to hold you back so you wouldn't get expelled from school. You were always my number one supporter when it came to my dance showcases and competitions and I was your number one supporter too. You and Millie (best friend) would always fight over me, we would have sleepovers with the two of us, Millie and her boyfriend, we would do your makeup, we would make you do face masks and we would make you let us do your nails. I still think about all of these times and I can't believe that we were together for six years. It's crazy how fast time goes. Even though we had good days and bad days, arguments and fights, days we wouldn't speak to each other and days we would go hating each other, we still stayed together and we stayed by each others sides. Tell the boys I miss them and heres your reminder to visit your parents, take your vitamins and rest! I love you, Nishimura Riki. Never change and stay the happy, playful and bubbly person you are because that is the best you.

Tears escaped Ni-ki's eyes as he read over the letter that his girlfriend had sent to him, she had died two months ago from cancer, they found out a month before her passing, she was in stage four and there was no way she could have survived so the two did everything she wanted to do.

They went surfing, rock clumbing, sky diving, they went to Canada, Spain, South Korea, back to Japan to visit their parents, they went on a week cruise, they got promise rings and they went to amusement parks, had sleepovers and just did things that they wouldn't normally do on a day to day basis.

Ni-ki loved Y/N so much, they had been together since they were ten years old and now she had been taken from him and he was struggling to live without his best friend.

He still remembered the last day they shared together.

"Come on Riki! Let's go to the amusement park with the boys! It will be so so fun!" Y/N took my hand and she ran into the living room of the dorm with me strangling behind her.

"Hey boys! Let's all go to the amusement park!" She jumped with joy as the boys agreed and they all got up and went to get their shoes and jackets on before we left the house and went off to the amusement park.

We got there and the first thing Y/N did was go and buy cotton candy becuase she adored it, she got a huge tub and I knew she would end up making me carry it later on as that's what always happened even if she said that wouldn't end up happening.

We went on three massive roller coasters that had huge twists and turns, that went upside down and on its side and everything, everyone was laughing, screaming and crying because we had so much fun on them, we laughed at Sunghoon hyung and Jake hyung as they were the most scared out of everyone.

After the roller coasters we ended up going on go karts where Y/N and I battled it out for first place but of course I let her win as I knew she would feel amazing about it and because she would ber very upset with me if I had won.

Once we were done with three rounds of the go karts we left to go on the dodgems where everyone kept bumping into each other and laughing as we went flying, sometimes coming out of our seats due to the impact of the cars.

We ended the fun day with going on the ferris wheel, the rest of the boys split in half whilst Y/N and I went into a kart on our own.

"Yknow... Even though my life has been cut short, I couldn't ask for a better life. I have six amazing best friends, I have one amazing best friend who is like a sister to me, an okay family but you know what is the best part of my life? You" Y/N looked out over the ocean and started a little speach, something that she had started doing often because she was slowly leaving us all.

"I couldn't possibly ask for a better boyfriend so thank you for being there for me and thank you for being the amazing person you are. Keep being you because that is the best version of you and don't hold on to me too much because I want you to move on, have a wife and have kids. I love you so much Nishimura Riki" She turned to me as she finished her speach, I smiled at her as my eyes brimmed with tears, I was sad but so happy at the same time. I broke down in tears as I held her hands.

"Today was a fun last day" Those words hurt me so much but those were the last words Y/N said to me before she flat lined and passed away.

I enjoyed writing this chapter event hough it is sad but I haven't published something sad for a while so here you all go.
