When they propose

Jake Sim

"Yah! Y/N! Get your butt down those stairs right now otherwise we're going to miss our flight back to Korea! You want to see your Jake again right?! Hurry up!" My slightly older brother, Felix, yelled for me and I rolled my eyes and quickly ran down the stairs.

"Okay, okay! I am here, let's go! I wanna see my boyfriend again!" I excitedly jumped up and down before I grabbed his arm and started dragging him.

The two of us gathered up our luggage and made our way out of the house, getting in the taxi and heading off to the airport.

"You really like an excited puppy, I can see where Jake is coming from when he says that your like an puppy" Felix commented and I playfully smacked his shoulder, chuckling and shaking my head at him whilst we waited to board our flight.

"Oh well, wait- your fans always say that your like a cat. Now I understand why we fight like cat and dog!" I let out a loud laugh and Felix laughed along with me.

We started to talk about other things before we eventually came back to the topic of Jake.

"So Y/N, how long have you been dating Jake again? You've been together for a long time, right? Are you gonna get married soon or something?" Felix questioned me and my eyes widened slightly but a smile formed on my lips at the thought of Jake.

"We've been dating for about five years I think now, yes it is a very long time. I do kind of want to get married, not going to lie to you Lix" I went quieter at the last part but he still managed to hear me and engulfed me in a very tight and affectionate hug.

"Eww get off of me lix!" I shoved the slightly older boy as he laughed and poured at me before we both burst into a fit of giggles.

"Okay, okay, let's go now, I can see people boarding the flight, we don't want to be late or miss it. Come on baby sis" Felix placed his arm securely around my shoulder as the two of us walked swiftly to the gateway and entered the airplane, taking our seats.

I sat myself down next to the window and I looked outside, sad that I had to say goodbye to my hometown, Sydney, but also being excited to see my boyfriend again.

"So, what do you think the boys and Enhypen will do when they see you? Chan Hyung said he was gonna pick me up, is Jake an the rest of the boys picking you up?" Felix looked at me with a raised brow and I smiled before nodding my head, confirming what he had said.

"Yeah, I am gonna be going to their dorms for the night then I'll put my things home the day after" I explained my little plan to him, he nodded his head in understanding and patted my head before he put in his earphones and listened to his music.

I was too excited to even try and do anything but look out of the window and smile like an idiot.

Many hours later, we finally landed back into Korea, both Felix and I getting ourselves off of the plan and grabbing our luggage, taking it and looking for our friends.

"Y/N! Felix!" The familiar sound of Chan's voice grabbed my attention, I looked over and noticed to small groups, Stray Kids and Enhypen.

I didn't waste any sort of time as I let go of my suitcase and ran as fast as I could over to Jake, running right into his arms as he lifted me up and spun me around, giggling along with me.

"I missed you too babygirl" Jake whispered into my ear and my smile grew even more than it already had.

"Okay, let's get going you two. Y/N, I'll take your stuff home since the boys are dropping me off anyways, I'll leave your suitcases in your room for tomorrow, okay? Bye sis, love you!" Felix bid me and the boys goodbye, taking my luggage and heading in the opposite direction with his band members.

Jake took my hand in his and intertwined our fingers together, the eight of us walking to the van and getting in, settling down as the van started driving to the dorms.

"It's good to have you back Y/N. How was Australia? Did you have a good time? What did you do there? How is your parents?" The seven boys bombarded me with questions and I chuckled before I opened my mouth to answer them all.

"It's good to be back boys. I missed you all" I started off sweet and simple, making sure they knew that I missed them all too.

"Australia was fantastic! I really did have a good time and it was so great to see all my friends again! We went ice skating, swimming, we went to the beach a lot and we went to the amusement park and the arcade a ton too!" I started telling them about my small little adventures that I had whilst I had been away for two months.

"My parents are alright. My mother is a little sick and she's not doing the best but my father is doing just fine, he's still running the business very well and he's taking care of my mother right now" I explained my family situation at the moment and they all listened carefully, Jake held my hand and squeezed it slight to reassure me.

"We're back at the dorms" the driver informed us and the eight of us all got out of the black van and made our ways into the building and to the dorm.

The boys all told me to go in first and so I did as I was told and opened the door, I walked through the small hall and went into the main room.

It was decorated, there was a sign welcoming me home, there was a pretty red carpet on the floor, red and white balloons everywhere and there was red and white confetti too.

"What is all of thi-" I cut myself short as I turned around and covered my mouth with my hands.

Jake was kneeling on one knee with a ring in his hands.

"Lee Y/N, you've made the past five years of my life...A dream come true. You've helped me to become the Jake Sim that everyone knows today and I can never thank you enough or tell you how much I love and appreciate you" He started his small speech and tears were already rolling down my cheeks.

"You were there for me when no one else was, you brightened up my dark days... You stood by me when no one else would and you helped me grow and become confident... You helped me chase my dreams and routed for me the whole way through..." He continued on with his little speech and I was smiling like an idiot as tears ran down my face like a waterfall.

"So... Lee Y/N... Will you do me the amazing honours in being my fiancé? Will you marry me?" Those words came out of his mouth and I threw myself at him, engulfing him in a hug.

"Yes Jakey! Yes! I love you so much!" I pulled away slightly and pecked his lips, the boys were all celebrating and congratulating us, along with their manager and some staffs.

For the rest of the evening, the boys and I all watched films and ate junk.

For I was now soon to me Mrs, Sim.
