Jay Park

Jay Park, known as the most popular and one of the richest boys in school, the two of us had been dating for just over a month now and all the students think that I am dating him for his money.

But little do they know...I am actually rich too, I just don't speak or show it because I don't see the point.

Lots of people like to make snarky comments at me, such as;

"You only like him because he's rich"
"Your too poor for him"
"You can't even dress nicely"
"You don't deserve Jay!"
"You need to leave him!"
"Jay is too good for you, gold digger"

Jay always told me to ignore them and continue to be myself, telling me not to worry about what everyone thought about me.

I am the daughter of a famous CEO, Jeon Mingyu, he works closely with Jay's father and they had actually planned an arranged marriage but they stopped planning that once they found out we were dating already.

Today was just like every other day for me, get up, get myself showered and changed for school but today, I was actually going to show people that I wasn't dating Jay for his money and I was dating him because I love him.

After I got myself ready, I looked at myself in the mirror and I smiled before I turned around, hearing my door open, both my older and younger sister coming into my room.

"Finally standing up to those horrible girls in your year?" My older sister, Heejin, asked me and I smiled whilst nodding my head at her, she smiled back at me fondly before walking over to my vanity and telling me to sit.

I did as she requested and I sat in my chair, my younger sister, Yeji, also coming over to me and standing behind me.

The three of us had always been really close since Heejin was nineteen and had just finished school, I was eighteen and I was in my last year of school, Yeji then being sixteen, two years younger than myself.

"I am glad your finally going to show off just how stunning you are unnie" Yeji moved my hair back and got out my curling iron as she started to curl my hair whilst Heejin did my makeup.

"You two are the best sisters that I could ask for, what are you going to be wearing today Yeji?" I asked my younger sister as she finished up curling my hair and Heejin finished up with my makeup, lightly applying a little bit of lipstick.

"Just the usual, the boyfriends hoodie and some jeans, nothing too fancy baby!" She beamed and both Heejin and I giggled at our younger sister, being in aw at how cute she was acting.

"Right! Let's get down and you'll get your bags, off to school with the two of you!" Heejin ushered the two of us out of my room and down into the sun living area, the two of us grabbed our bags before we hugged Heejin goodbye.

"This is amazing! I finally get to see my sister in school today! Not just some random quiet nerd who dates the popular boy!" Yeji commented with a chuckle whilst I glared at her, the two of us bursting into a fit of giggles before we reached the schools grounds.

We walked into the school and all eyes were immediately on the two of us, I walked to my locker and grabbed my books as Heji did the same thing.

"Okay, off to class before your late" I pushed Yeji towards her class as she pouts but obeyed me, going to her classroom.

"Wow, wow, wow! Would you look at you Y/N noona!" I heard the familiar voice of Jungwon come into the school, I turned around to see seven boys walking my way as I smiled at them all before approaching them.

"Hey you" Jay greeted me with a hug, pecking my forehead and standing to my side, keeping his arm around my waist.

"Hi boys" I happily greeted them with a large smile as I felt myself growing confident and making myself feel the best I had ever felt as they all looked at my with bright smiles.

"You look absolutely fantastic Y/N, better than normal" Sunghoon complimented me, making sure that I took it as a compliment and not as an insult.

"Thank you Hoon, how are things going?" I thanked Sunghoon and asked everyone else how they were, always checking in on them, my normal and daily routine so I could make sure they were alright and so I could comfort or help them if things weren't okay.

"Yeah"
"Great"
"I am fantastic"
"Alright"
"Just fine"
"Perfect"

I receive many different answers from the boys, I frowned slightly as I noticed Jay hadn't said anything, I quickly and discretely nudged him.

"I am not the best baby, but I'll be fine" Jay answered and I looked up at him with a confused face, waiting for him to tell me what was wrong but he didn't, so I decided to ask him about it instead of waiting for him.

"What happened?" I questioned, he only sighed before waving his hand in dismissal, but me being my stubborn self, I frowned more and shook my head.

"Your never gonna let me be if I don't tell you, right?" He chuckled sadly and I nodded my head, indicating that I wouldn't leave him alone.

"Okay fine, my sister and I had an argument and she brought you into the conversation and I didn't like it. She doesn't know about you and things like that so she is automatically assuming that you are dating me for money" Jay admitted and I slightly giggled at that thought before I shook my head and sighed.

"Well your sister is lovely, isn't she? It's fine baby, I know she doesn't know anything about me and I don't blame her for thinking that way, I am sure she'll be a little nicer when the two of us eventually meet, okay?" I attempted to reassure him and thankfully it worked, he smiled down at me before pecking my forehead again.

"Now that that is done with, what's with you and my sister, Jungwon? Your dating now? She wears your hoodies? Why didn't you tell me this?!" I raised an eyebrow suspiciously at him and he laughed at me, along with some of the other boys, making me look at them with an offended look on my face.

"Yeah we are noona! I did tell you but you were too busy looking at Jay Hyung and gawking over him that you didn't realise I was actually speaking to you!" Jungwon revealed and I covered my mouth as my eyes widened, he only laughed harder at me and the boys laugh harder too, some of them falling to the floor and holding their stomachs.

"You were staring at me? Am I that good looking?" Jay looked down at me with a raised eyebrow and all I could do was bury my face in my hands to cover the blush that spread across my pale white cheeks.

"What am I supposed to do with such a hot boyfriend?! It's not my fault that you are being that attractive! What was I supposed to do?!" I threw my hand up in the air as I defended myself, Jay chuckling beside me and everyone else teasing me for it.

"You look great by the way" Jay complimented me back and I only blushed more at his words, turning and burying my face into his chest out of shyness and embarrassment.

"Okay, okay, okay! Let's just head to class please?" And with that being said, we all left for class.
