Lady Theresa Hardwick, Lord Andrew Charles Howard's only mistress discovered she was pregnant with their child in March of 2285 shortly before Lady Karissa gave birth to Lady Sophia Charlotte Dorothea was born on March 21, 2285.
When Lady Theresa told Lord Andrew Charles that she was expecting their love-child. Lord Andrew Charles looked up from his desk in his private study and said, " Lady Theresa I will have to send you to Balmoral Manor where you were live until our child is born and after the child is born he/she will go to live at Beltane Manor."
"The child is a Howard and Lady Karissa will raise her with the rest of the children." Lord Andrew Charles, " You will not be able to see the child once he/she is born. You will be allowed to recover but then I must send you away from Norfolk Territory."
"This is my child Lord Andrew Charles and I want to raise her." Lady Theresa states.
"The child is a Howard and the great-great-great-grandchild of Lord Patrick William Howard and the child must be raised with his/her sisters and brothers." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.
"Lady Karissa will take excellent care of the child I promise." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.
"What names have you chosen?" Lord Andrew Charles asks Lady Theresa.
"I have chosen the names for a daughter, Lady Anastasia Christina and for our a son, Lord Anthony Charles." Lady Theresa states.
"I like them and they have very noble rings to them." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.
"I was careless with our love-making Lady Theresa, and I accept the responsibility of raising and taking care of my children." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.
Lady Theresa looks at Lord Andrew Charles and she says, "I was pushed into your arms by your Duchess Lady Karissa.'
"Lady Karissa is the Duchess of Norfolk Territory Madame." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.
"Lady Karissa sent me to you as she had taken a lover Lord Richard William Carey and she thought you needed a mistress." Lady Theresa tells him.
"You have served your purpose Lady Theresa." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.
"I will see that you are taking care after the child born and that you are given a country home in the country within another territory." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.
"I am sure that one of my cousins know of a country cottage within their territories." Lord Andrew Charles, "Do you have a preference?"
"I like Bedford Territory." Lady Theresa tells Lord Andrew Charles.
"I will ask Lord Richard William Carey to find you a country cottage and I will see that you are taking care Lady Theresa." Lord Andrew Charles tells Lady Theresa.
Lady Karissa overhears the conversation and she walks in and looks at Lord Andrew Charles and Lady Theresa " So you are pregnant with Lord Andrew Charles child?"
"I am carrying our child." Lady Theresa tells Lady Karissa.
"When is the child due?" Lady Karissa asks.
"Our child is due in December of 2285." Lady Theresa tells Lady Karissa .
"I will ask Lord David William Beck to take care of you Lady Theresa." Lady Karissa tells her, " You will find Balmoral Manor comfortable."
"Once the child is born I will take care of the child." Lady Karissa exclaims, " The child will be raised with his/her siblings."
"I am sure that Lord Andrew Charles will bestow upon the child a title and property.' Lady Karissa states.
"When the child comes to age I will tell him/her about you." Lady Karissa promises.
"I will send you pictures of your child and keep you informed about him/her." Lady Karissa tells her.
"You can't be expected to raise a Howard child regardless if you are the mother or not. Your womb was for hire." Lady Karissa tells her.
"You submitted yourself to Lord Andrew Charles for his sexual pleasures." Lady Karissa tells her, "As I did for both Lord Andrew Charles but the only exception to the rule is that I am his wife and Duchess and I agreed to have Lord Andrew Charles' children and Lord Richard William and I wanted children together."
"I guess you could call us wombs for hire." Lady Karissa tells her, " I am sure as pretty as you are you will find a husband."
Lady Theresa looks at Lady Karissa and says, " You pushed me into Lord Andrew Charles arms?"
"I thought you would make a good mistress and satisfy my husband and you did." Lady Karissa tells her, " He won't take another mistress after you."
"We agreed on one lover a piece. " Lady Karissa tells her.
Lady Theresa looks at Lady Karissa and Lord Andrew Charles and curtsy and exits the private drawing room and Lady Karissa looks at Lord Andrew Charles, " I thought you were going to be careful Lord Andrew Charles with your love making.?"
"I was careful but how did I know she was fertile." Lord Andrew Charles asks.
"She is only 25 years old Lord Andrew Charles." Lady Karissa states.
"What did you expect when you copulated with her?" Lady Karissa asks.
"I pulled out before I climax .' Lord Andrew Charles tells her.
"I have heard that one before Lord Andrew Charles." Lady Karissa laughs.
"Sperm swims up not out." Lady Karissa tells him.
"You are as fertile as a stud bull." Lady Karissa tells him.
"I had four of our children, remember." Lady Karissa reminds him.
Lord Andrew Charles looks at Lady Karissa " Where is Lord Richard William Carey?"
"I have no idea Lord Andrew Charles." Lady Karissa tells him," I don't keep tabs on Lord Richard William Carey."
Lord Andrew Charles looks at Lady Karissa and he walks over to her, " I have missed you Lady Karissa."
"Oh you want to make love now." Lady Karissa asks.
"I have no mistress, and only a wife." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.
"You were determined to marry me and you are stuck with me." Lady Karissa tells him.
"Be careful what you wish for Lord Andrew Charles." Lady Karissa tells him.
"I knew what I wanted and it was you. I had to fight Lord David Beck and Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley." Lord Andrew Charles tells Lady Karissa.
"Men think they know what they want but men only want what they can't have." Lady Karissa tells him. "We could be your dream or your worse nightmare."
"Lady Theresa Hardwick must be sent from Beltane Manor." Lady Karissa tells Lord Andrew Charles and house at Balmoral Manor."
"I am sending her from Beltane Manor." Lord Andrew Charles tells her.
Lady Karissa looks at Lady Theresa and tells her, " You will be taken to Balmoral Manor and Lord David William Beck will attend to you and deliver your child when the time comes. You will not be permitted to see or hold your child. The child is a Howard and he/she will be raised with the rest of his/her sisters and brothers."
"Leave my sight Lady Theresa Hardwick. The carriage is waiting to carry you out to Balmoral Manor and when it comes time for you to deliver the child Lord Andrew Charles and I will be there to take custody of the child." Lady Karissa tells her and with that Lady Theresa Hardwick curtsy and she leaves out the front door.
The carriage carries Lady Theresa Hardwick to Balmoral Manor. and Lady Karissa watches the carriage drive off of Beltane Manor.
