A Little Brother For Lord Andrew Charles Howard JR

Faithful to her word, Lady Karissa finds out she is pregnant with Lord Richard William Carey and her second child to be born in September of 2289.

Four years have passed since she had Lady Sophia Charlotte Dorothea and Lady Theresa had Lady Anastasia Christina for Lord Andrew Charles.

Lady Karissa walks into where Lord Richard is sitting with his two cousins, Lord Frederick William III and Lord Thomas William in the study at Bedford Castle.

"I have some good news to share with you Lord Richard." Lady Karissa tells him.

"What good news is this Queen Anne." Lord Richard asks.

Lord Thomas and Lord Frederick look up and ask "What is the good news?"

"I guess I keep you in suspension gentlemen." Lady Karissa tells them.

"Come on now Lady Karissa. Don't make us suffer." Lord Richard asks.

"Are you all ears now." Lady Karissa asks.

"We are listening to you Lady Karissa." Lord Thomas tells her.

"I am expecting our second child in September of 2289 and let's pray that you have given Lord Andrew Charles JR his long awaited little brother." Lady Karissa tells him.

"Heck what position do you use to get a son. I asked Lord David Beck and he said anything but the stationary position may do the trick." Lord Richard exclaims.

"I don't remember that far back Lord Richard. When we make love we are like two wild animals in heat." Lady Karissa exclaims.

"I just know it is a son." Lord Richard exclaims, "I will settle for a second daughter as I am not a picky man."

"I am praying that Lord Andrew Charles JR has a play-mate. He feels so left out when his sisters play together. He plays by himself with his puppy and sometimes Lord Charles III brings Lord Charles Andrew IV to play with his first cousin as does Lord Richard Edward JR bring Lord Richard Edward III." Lady Karissa states.

"Lord Richard Edward III is drawn to Lady Elizabeth and they are inseparable." Lady Karissa states.

"My poor son. He needs a little brother to pal around with." Lady Karissa tells him.

"I don't want to have to go back to Lord Andrew Charles and ask for a fifth child with the hope that it is a son." Lady Karissa explains.

"I will swallow my pride for the sake of my son Lord Andrew Charles JR." Lady Karissa exclaims.

"Why don't you ask Lord David to run one of those tests that tells you the gender of the child and we will know for sure." Lord Richard asks her.

"What an amniocentesis test?" Lady Karissa asks.

"If that is what it's called." Lord Richard answered.

"I don't care what the gender of our child is, but it seems more important to you." Lord Richard explains.

"Lady Caroline Matilda has Lady Elizabeth, Lady Samhain, Lady Sophia Dorothea and Lady Anastasia Christina." Lady Karissa explains.

"I will summon Lord David Beck to Bedford Castle and he can perform the test here so we both know." Lord Richard tells her.

Lady Karissa agrees to it and Lord Richard picks up his communicator and asks Lord David to come out to Bedford Castle.

Lord David agrees to journey out to Bedford Castle and when he arrives he asks, "What is so important Lord Richard?"
