We were woken up only about an hour after we went to sleep by my mother, who told us that school was back on and that we had to go. We both quickly tried to get up before rushing ourselves out of the door and to the school.
We got into the classroom right on time as the bell rung. We quickly sat in our seats and Mr. Aizawa started explaining what we would be doing for the day. Eventually, he told us that we would be training super hard for an upcoming festival.
"One chance in a year, three chances in a lifetime," he said
He led us all to a training ground where we got to train our quirks as much as we could before the festival.
Time flew by super quick, and before we knew it, it was time for the sports festival. We were waiting in a waiting room to be called out by Present Mic into the main area. Soon, our class' name was called on the big speakers and we all started walking out.
"I don't know about you guys, but I'm starting to feel nervous," I said
"Who knew there'd be so many people," Izuku mumbled
"I guess it's just another aspect of being a hero. I just hope we'll all still be able to do our best with all of these eyes watching us," Iida pointed out
Soon, all of the first year students were crowded in a field. Midnight was on a podium in front of all of us to pick what the first task would be. There was an activity picked at random, and it was an obstacle course.
"Man, I hate those," I whispered to myself
We all lined up at the doors before being sent off. We all started running through the entrance, we were all squished against each other and we were barely able to move. After a little bit, I noticed people started using their quirks to get through the door when I suddenly realized that this was one of the obstacles.
The door was pretty much all cleared out by the time I realized this so instead of using my quirk, I decided to just continue to run through it. I heard on the speakers that there was someone already at the third place.
I ran through the course, avoiding all of the robots until I made it to a few giant zero-pointers from the entrance exam. They were on the ground but people were trapped in some of the rubble it left.
I ran past everyone, using this opportunity to my advantage to get into a higher place on the rankings. I made it to an obstacle that was pretty much just a giant hole in the ground with a few platforms in between. I decided that now would be a good time to use my quirk.
I created a large raven and hopped on it's back before it took off to the other side of the platform. When I made it to the other side and landed safely, I made the bird disappear and started running to the next obstacle, a long mine field.
I saw a whole bunch of people ahead of me getting blown up by large pink explosions. I made a new animal, another bird, and started to fly across the mine field. I tried to avoid all of the explosions so the wind couldn't blow the paper creation away.
I started catching up to the three people in front; Todoroki, Izuku, and Bakugou, but a sudden explosion blew my bird and I to the side. I flew off, but landed on my feet, almost stepping on an explosion plate.
I wasn't very far from the finish line, so I started speed walking as fast as I could to the end. Eventually I made it and crossed the finish line in 7th place.
